The environment is good, you can discuss with the hotel whether you can have an extra bed. Relatively speaking, it is ok. The surrounding environment is also good. Overall, it is okay to live, you can choose.

Really happy with hotel, location brilliant.
We didn’t book breakfast but wish we did, we stayed on a Saturday night and struggled to find breakfast on the Sunday. So would recommend doing this
Self-service hotel, it is recommended to contact the hotel staff on the day of check-in, it is best to contact the WhatsApp, because the phone is basically not open. The staff are very fast to respond and receive through WhatsApp, have a good attitude and check-in quickly.
The room is not big, but the whole is very clean. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the window is not very soundproof. At night, the street vehicles will pass by.
It was a neighboring block where our room was on the 4th floor along with the other few more and the ”community kitchen” (which we didn't use or know to open because we were given keys with which we could not open anything (not known to do so) and we use the code provided on all doors to access the building and rooms).
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and clean.
We found a restaurant to which we would be safe very close to the hotel ”Monopoli”.
Rooms about 20min from the center walking, though very close to the metro stop ”Jerusalem” (for which they don't want to walk) though on the way you can find different places and sites to go to take something like ”La Buttiga Beer Room” in the entrance to the Chinese neighborhood.
We enjoyed it great, and we rested what we could (because we didn't stop much) super well at Green Ribon.
¡ Thank you, boys!
Milan is the last stop of our trip to Italy. Because it is a self-driving car, we are more afraid of entering the restricted area. However, we met several ZTLs on the way to the hotel and called to the hotel for consultation. Because of language barrier, the front desk found one The Chinese aunt gave us a call. The aunt didn’t know the traffic rules and gave us the phone number of the boss. The boss also enthusiastically explained the prohibition. When she arrived at the shop, the aunt came down to welcome us and introduced us a lot. , I also praised their boss’s personality 😊, and they have been eagerly asking us to pay attention to safety, especially in Milan Cathedral, where there are more thieves. It is suggested that we can store our luggage in a safe place like a hotel. The room is also very comfortable. Both have enough heating! If you want to go to any place, you can take the subway. The hotel only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you will be on the Piazza Milano. It’s very convenient. I didn’t go to the boss’ restaurant for dinner this time. Go again! ~

LLamees Al-MahroosWent there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street).
The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room.
As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy.
Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed.
The only 2 negative points I see were:
- the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished).
- Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring.
This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.

MMilanguowangWhen there is an exhibition in Milan, the price of downtown hotels basically doubles or triples, and it is very likely that you can't book it. Although this hotel looks a bit far from the main city on the map, it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the M4, and you can also enjoy the life style of the real residential areas around Milan along the way. The hotel is newly renovated at first glance, the rooms are not only large, but also the facilities are all the latest, and the buffet breakfast is very, very delicious!!!
GGuest UserThe location is the key . It’s next to the River Rhein , near old town just 10 mins walk. The hotel is modern with nice deco. The service is attentive and friendly .

AAzmeel Mazlee AnuarPros:
1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name
2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff.
3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier.
4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it.
5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars.
6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items)
7. The best part was the room has a large balcony.
8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied.
9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit.
10. They had spa and gymnasium.
11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo.
12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night.
Cons
1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage.
2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°)
3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning.
Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel.
You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.
GGuest UserThe young staff at this hotel are fantastic they really make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing and makes your stay at the hotel even more enjoyable. The rooms are decent and contain sinks which can be useful if you will be staying for more than a couple of days. The wifi at the hotel works very well so this hotel is also suitable for the business traveller. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and make sure that you get the breakfast.

Very Good
MMohd AidilThe hotel was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the location is less than fantastic. It is within walking distance to the CaGranda Metro station but the surroundings are residential suburbs. If you're looking for a lively area, this hotel might not be for you. If not, then it is quite good.
VVladimir DimitroffThe hotel is somewhat off-centre (away from the business districts of Milano), but within broader city centre with reasonable public transport (~20 mins tramway including wait at the stop) and ~10 mins by taxi. Lively city area for non-business travellers (tourists) with choice of restaurants and more public transport links to areas of interest.
The cleanliness is rather good, I only scored it less (2/5) because of the interior in bad need of renovation. The design is 1970-s/1980-s and the age since last decoration is probably not much fresher. This gives it the appearance of a run-down place, although they make good effort to keep it clean. The choice of darker brow-nish colours, combined with the installation of (very) very economic light bulbs, makes the room feel too dark and thus - less pleasant to stay in. For a business traveller it is impossible to read anything outside the spot of the reading lamp.
It is also impossible to shave in the dark-ish bathroom, except for people who know their face well enough to shave with their eyes closed. The extra lamp above the mirror did not work, it was a bare little bulb (apparently in need of replacement) and the lampshade gone. Further need for maintenance in the bathroom was the sink - with the waste plug not opening to empty the sink, and the latter filling to the safety hole near the top, even form just a brief handwash..
The breakfast area has capacity for a busy crowd in the rush hour of all tourists taking a late breakfast, but the staff struggle to serve everyone fast enough. Some supplies were not replenished (e.g. bread, the fruit juices, milk for coffees) and later nobody ever came to the table to ask if we need something (perhaps they are not meant to serve tables, just clean them and replenish supplies?)
The reception area was much brighter lit than the rooms, had modern automatic glass doors, and overall felt newer and better. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Based on the overall experience, approx. 4/5 is a reasonable score, but by the hotel categorisation criteria I think 4 stars is too much and 3-star would describe it more accurately. They should remember that satisfaction is always biased by expectations - from the higher expectations of '4 stars' there would be more dissatisfied guests (like yours truly) than if you honestly promise a decent 3-star experience (then I'd have scored everything 5/5). This wouldn't impact revenues as, from what I know form MIlano hotels, the price was very competitive and would fit a 3-star property.
Would I recommend it? To tourists - yes; to business travellers - only as a backup in case of fully-booked Milano like duringthe trade fair or Fashion Week ;)
