I had a very unpleasant experience at this hostel. The dorm was overcrowded, with 7 beds instead of 6, and all lockers were already occupied, leaving my belongings unsecured. The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The overall organization felt chaotic and unsafe. The most shocking part was that the manager at the reception tried to force me out onto the street at 1:00 AM, even though I had just completed a long trip and was extremely tired. This behavior was inhumane and humiliating, showing zero respect for guests. ⚠️ One more thing to note: if a guest raises any criticism, the hotel can unfairly mark the booking as a “No Show”, which blocks the possibility to leave a review on Booking. This is exactly what happened to me, and it clearly shows how little respect they have for their customers. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this place.

Very bad experience. The place was so dirty It smells so bad. The bed is broke, It makes noise all the night. Impossible to sleep because of the lights even by night because no real curtain . Got a lot of insect bites. I reserved via booking. Then they mentioned me as a no show for booking so i can’t do my feedback.

A very nice place to spend the night, while exploring the city. Nice, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. I will definitely stay there again if I ever return to Milan. I highly recommend this place ;) cheers :)

Awful place. The management tricks you. Please don’t book an accommodation here or you will have an awful experience and struggle. The management of the hotel is very rude and absolutely not willing to help the guests. Spare yourself a headache and book somewhere else.

You don't deserve even 1 star. Even though I made a reservation and paid, when I arrived at the hotel tonight, even though I paid for the reservation, he said there was no room and no refund would be given. and that I should sleep on the street and acted very disrespectfully. If you don't want to encounter last minute surprises, I think you should stay away from these, THIEVES!!

Terrible! Es un lugar diminuto, las fotos dejan ver un lugar grande, pero nada que ver. Es muy pequeño. Incómodo y tiene un ambiente enrarecido con gente que al parecer vive mucho tiempo allí. La zona tampoco es muy buena. Es importante buscar mejores opciones.

Ho soggiornato all’Hostel Gloria per la terza volta e confermo che è sempre un’ottima scelta! Pulito, con uno staff alla reception molto cortese e disponibile. La posizione è fantastica, vicina al centro città, ai supermercati e allo stadio di San Siro. Gli ospiti che frequentano il posto sono persone educate e piacevoli. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Gloria Hostel e non posso che consigliarlo a tutti! Il posto è impeccabile: la pulizia è straordinaria e si percepisce un’attenzione ai dettagli in ogni angolo. La cucina è ben attrezzata e c’è anche un distributore automatico per le necessità veloci. Il personale è estremamente educato, gentile e sempre disponibile, facendo sentire ogni ospite come a casa. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dal supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24, dalla metropolitana e a solo 20 minuti dal centro di Milano. Inoltre, si trova vicino allo stadio di San Siro, il che lo rende ideale anche per chi vuole assistere a eventi sportivi. La zona è tranquilla e sicura, garantendo un soggiorno piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. I letti sono confortevoli, con luci individuali per la lettura, e i bagni sono pulitissimi. L’ostello offre una connessione Wi-Fi veloce, aria condizionata, e un armadietto per ogni ospite per garantire la sicurezza degli oggetti personali. C’è persino un frigorifero a disposizione!
