Went here last Monday with my wife. Really nice place convenient for the city with everythingyou need. The staff were amazing really made us feel at home. So nice and friendly. If ever we are going to Milan again I would like to go here. I would love to go back.

Nice hotel. It seemed quite new. Our room was very well equipped. However, on it's very far away from the metro system. You can take the tram which is nearby and connect to the metro, so that's ok. It's a challenge to find taxis or Ubers at any time. During rush our, it took up to 45mins-1 hour to find transportation.

Me and my husband have just left this hotel. The hotel is in a good area, nothing much on the street but if you cross the street you can get the number 2 tram to nearest metro and also can stay on it to get direct to duomo. The restaurant was closed when we stayed so cannot comment on that. The room was cleaned daily and we were given fresh water so that was nice. We would stay here again, they are refurbishing it now and the new area looks stunning. Only negative comment is we asked staff to book us a taxi as leaving at 5am to head for airport, the taxi never showed up so we are currently in a mad dash panic running around town trying to find a way to the airport. There is no staff there to help out, if there was an issue booking taxi we should have been made aware and we could have put a plan in place.

We stayed at this hotel with our two children in October. The hotel is located outside the city center of Milan and therefore relatively quiet (along the naviglio zone). But you can easily access the San Siro stadium with bus line 90, or the city center via tram2 (stations 5 minutes maximum from the hotel). The establishment also has private parking. The rooms are clean and spacious with a large bathroom and a small kitchen area. The staff are extremely helpful from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is truly excellent: eggs, grilled bacon, prosciutto or cheese are served directly to you at the table. Note that the orange juice is fresh. There is also a buffet of rolls and other pastries available…

This hotel was born on the Navigli which is an understatement to define as green and tech. Modern, welcoming, with a thousand comforts including a private spa and fully equipped gym. The rooms are warm, welcoming with all possible comforts. Complete and very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff

Located on the banks of the canal and a few hundred meters from restaurants, this establishment is worth the detour. Our very large room (107) was worthy of a large hotel. Neat and modern decoration, extra large TV, large modern bathtub, shower, separate toilet, large comfortable bed, and bay windows opening onto a terrace, the staff is very welcoming and the common areas of the hotel are modern and friendly. Possibility of renting bikes to enjoy the banks of the canal and the city (20 minutes from the duomo) or taking the tram (line 2). I honestly loved it for a price of €250 per night. (only downside, only tea in the room but the receptionist rightly told me that freeze-dried coffee is not coffee so it's better to have it at the hotel bar 👌)

We stayed as a family in this beautiful, new and well located hotel. Arriving (very early) in the morning to enjoy the city of Milan, we only wish to park the car in the hotel's private parking lot and come later in the afternoon to check in. Very warm welcome from the receptionist who insisted that we wait a few minutes to give us the keys to our rooms (at 9am!!!). If that’s not customer service!!!! Also available are rental bikes and a spa (we didn't have time to try it; next time). I recommend not forgetting to put in your pocket the tourist map of Milan prepared by the hotel. Very well done and all the useful information for getting around. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there on a future trip.

The structure is new and very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, excellent cleanliness and services. The staff is very kind, especially the girl at the reception whose name I don't remember. We will definitely be back. Hidden but quiet location.
