I stayed at Picaflor Art & Rooms in April 2025. The room had visible black mold on the ceiling and walls, cracked paint and a strong chemical smell. The staff admitted via chat that they had sprayed something on the wall just before my arrival. Reception was not staffed, no alternative was offered, and I had to leave immediately. Public reviews confirm this is not an isolated issue. I reported it to Milan authorities and filed a chargeback with my bank. I strongly advise others to avoid this property until the hygiene situation is professionally resolved.

excellent hotel and great value for money. staff were really helpfull and kept us up to date with the booking and check ins . comfortable beds . very cleans . great location for the san siro football stadium . would definitely recommend and would use again . Jamie

We slept in this room for two nights out of necessity and for the low price. The owner was kind and helpful but the room lacks cleanliness. We found dust on the paintings especially on the one above the bed. Cobwebs everywhere and it smells of horrible mold, the structure has the potential but it is managed a little badly. I would make some big changes and put a few kettles in some rooms since there is no breakfast and maybe a bottle with some glasses. The bed was also a little uncomfortable and the bedspread smelled old.

I stayed for one night, the rooms are extremely hot we had to open the windows all night, it's 4 degrees outside. Very old and neglected there is no type of service. No concierge, no toilet paper, no various soaps... the rooms have plasterboard walls so no type of soundproofing

We booked the room 4 months before with affordable prices. Since there was a concert, where the prices of all the hotels increased, they took the liberty of canceling our reservation a week before our arrival, due to overbooking. The inconvenience they caused us was enormous. Also disappointed by booking which does not protect customers and continues to keep these structures on its platform.
