People and staff are nice. The location is convenient and there is luaggage storage service before you check in.

The place was okay for the price and not bad located. Staff helpful and friendly.

Location was far from city center or metro stations. Bathrooms were always flooded with water (see picture) Staff were super nice and friendly, just the facilities need maintenance.

good experience there but some how not cleaniess bedsheets and blankets services are very good staff good train station and bus station is near by 10min walk to city center

This is a good deal when you are traveling in Milan and there is cozy places for everyone. The guy in reception is nice and friendly. We can borrow hair dryer show tower together.

Good place and affordable, as well as great service

The hostel is old but already good for a few nights' stay. Location is far from city center but close to my area of business. Nearest train station is around 400 meters but there is a bus station nearby.

Great location. Ostello is 250m away from metro. Train to duomo is 15 mins away. Ostello has a open area to relax. Only disappointing point is shared bathrooms and no lights in the bathroom area.

I only recommend for 1 night if you cant find other accommodation. There’s no AC or fans in the room and it’s difficult to fall asleep when it’s so hot in the summer. Lots of mosquitos too. The rooms are very noisy and we could hear a party or concert next door. The light in the bathroom turns off every 30 seconds so you shower in the dark and do your hair/make up in the dark

Not good but also cheap

Check in process was horrible. It took more than 30 mins. At first, they couldnt find room for me, but then after sometime, they finally Provide a room for me. Heater in my room was completely switch off, and there's no way to turn it on. It was freezing!!

Nice place to stay 2 days for low price not bad

The worse hostel that been, no power plug, hot water or even a fan and a lot of mosquitos as a gift.
