Very friendly service , excellent location to train station Room is ok just bathroom not user friendly

Even though everything is okay, only another lift to use to get your room. When you booked standard room, the lift from reception could not reach directly to your room. And the other lift is very small.

Everything is good, except they don't provide slippers and coffee or tea in the room.

The room is clean. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is close to the station. However there are many people wandering or gathering around the neighbourhood which made me think a bit unsafe.

Good hotel with great location near train station, big rooms but basic breakfast, overall okay for the price for a quick night sleep.

Good location and environment

Super comfortable place, just 3-5 minutes walk to central train station. The room is simple but enough, with a extraordinary heather and quiet. The bathroom is spacious and the electronic towel holder is a nice extra. In the shared area, it have a microwaves and cutlery, so you can order or bring your meal and use that space

Hotels are very cost-effective and cheap, but most hotels have all the facilities they should have, making them very suitable for tourists on a tight budget. The hotel is very close to the subway station and train station. There are many restaurants nearby. The location is very good. 

The only amenities were shampoo & body wash, and the only towels were face towels. It was close to Milan Station, and the access to the bus terminal to Malpensa Airport was very good. Check-in was also at 11:30 because a room was available.

There is no door to the bathroom. Every time I take a shower, the entire toilet is wet. The window is broken. I stayed there for four days and was told every day that it would be repaired the next day. In winter, the air conditioner cannot be turned on by itself, and I have to get a reception every time I turn it on. They don't even provide bottled water. If you want to drink water, you have to go to the water dispenser in the stairwell. Every morning the room is being cleaned and it's so noisy that I don't know what they're doing. One side of the bed doesn't even have a charging port. I don't know what to think. The light strips on the ceiling are all full of small flying insects. I don’t know how you can have the nerve to charge 1,000 yuan a night for a hotel like this. I’ve never stayed in something so outrageous.

The hotel manager seems a bit unfriendly.

The hotel is behind the train station, relatively close, about 250 meters away. It takes about 300 meters to take the subway to the cathedral, no need to transfer. The hotel has a small facade and is easy to miss. The breakfast is not rich, but it is enough. There are eggs, meat, fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese, coffee and yogurt. The waiters and chefs in the restaurant look very serious. There is no free water. But there is a water dispenser at the bar in the breakfast room on the first floor. Milan is a dirty and messy city with nothing but historical sites. It is a pity not to go there, and it is even more regrettable to go there.

In general, everything was not good, but the cleaning could have been better. Breakfast is simple, but you won't leave hungry.
