The transportation is more convenient as it is close to the subway station, and everything is relatively good. The environmental sanitation is in place. The service attitude with the store is okay, and there is no communication barrier. It is not bad. Overall, I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Stayed for 2 nights, and for the price i paid, I found the stay extremely pleasant. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The location was good with easy access to the metro stations at Gambara or Bende Nere. A few local pizzarias, bars and shops and easy access to the San Siro which was my primary reasons for the visit. In addition, the Malpensa airport shuttle bus stops at Lotto and Centrale which is a cheap option from the airport. Great stay and would recommend

I booked a room on April 3rd, in anticipation of the Gun's concert on July 10th. I offer to pay immediately, I know I'm not very present between emails and calls because of my job. They tell me, no problem, pay at the facility. I insist, nothing. Confirmation email arrives. Today, at 17.25, while I'm traveling with my partner (and I'm driving) they send me an urgent confirmation email (which I obviously don't see). We arrive at 7.30pm and our room has been given away. Watch out, insist on paying first
