Perfect stay in Milan! Location is fanastic. The street wonderfull. In very good conditions everything. Regarding room service, the offered once, but they forgot to go. But when I arrived I requested fresh towels and the arrived in 3 minutes . Because of they forgot to clean the room, they offered us one breakfast in the next door restaurant. I will defently will return!

There is not ONE ROYAL ELEMENT in our room. First the positive. Bed comfy. Clean room. Bathroom good size Now the non positive We arrived around midnight after 18 hours travelling, so you can guess we were absolutely shattered. The host provided a 5 digit code for access to our room. BUT: The lock box was only 4 digits, luckily my safe cracking skills come to the fore! The wardrobe rail to hang our clothes was about 2.45 metres high, & guess what NO COAT HANGERS PROVIDED. I suggest this property decides what star rating they aim at, currently it is 2 stars max, or improve your amenities provided in the property to achieve 3 stars. Drawing on my hotel management experience (28 years General Manager) of 4.5 stars apartment hotels, I strongly recommend the owners/managers of this property undertake a thorough & complete brutal audit of every room. I would suggest this exercise will not be wasted. And doubt this process has ever been done for a long time or never been done period.
