I arrive at 23h30, hotel was closed. No way to get into it, no one at the reception desk. I call 20 times the landline, no one picked up. I prepaid the room and got zero information on the hotel practice or reminder from there.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. The location is average and not very convenient. WiFi is not good on the second floor

Great value for money in Milan apartments

Impeccable

We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment also.

I spent on business almost 2 months in the residence, i found out 2 major issues: 1) wifi connection is very poor, if you need to work online and need a stable connection.. pls find another residence 2) the air recycling system does not work at all… whatever anybody is cooking you will have in your room the smell (amplified by 10 because the chimney will fully convey it) and, believe me, it is pretty much disgusting My company paid around 3.500 euro per month… while the real value-for-money is no larger than 1000 per month (or less) Overall, pls help yourself and stay away if you can All info are backed up and documented with evidence at request

This place is not up with the standards they are promising Is not clean, very sloppy and too expensive for what they offer There are manyalternatives in Milan that are better than this place They definitely need to improve their inclination to costumers needs I am n ot going back.

very well organized structure, extraordinary receptionist, we stayed in this structure in September, there was a problem with the booking, as booking had made me book a room for all 4 when in reality it was not available, the guys helped us made an upgrade offering us two large rooms.

It was the closest hotel to my company headquarters. I wasn't crazy about it but the area in which it is located is also not particularly well served. Still clean. I would have preferred a minimum of breakfast and some more service. Reception closes at 11pm so the door must be unlocked with a code.

Good solution if you are looking for more residence-style accommodation, perhaps suitable for slightly longer periods. The mini apartments are functional and well organised, with all the necessary comforts. There is no breakfast service, but croissants are served in the lobby every morning. The metro stop is a few hundred meters away, and can still be reached on foot.

Hotel well located with several amenities nearby, such as; super expensive and restaurants. Large room with kitchenette and private bathroom. It also has private parking on site for an extra daily fee. As a disadvantage, the maintenance of the rooms in some aspects leaves something to be desired, even after asking the reception staff.

Positive experience in this residence just outside Piazzale Lodi, near the Prada Foundation. Very large apartment, very comfortable bed, daily cleaning, bathroom with excellent shower. Slept well except for some noise from the nearby Mandarina Duck warehouse one night. Very courteous staff. Price €180.00 per day. Ample parking. Recommended for those who don't need to stay in the centre.

We arrived at this residence on Sunday evening. I must say that the structure itself is not bad, a little out of the way from the center. The large room with a large window was a shame that we had to stay for 5 days with the shutters down because the bed was just right. I asked why there were no curtains and was told that they were redoing them but that doesn't seem like a justification to me, I paid the fee in full, not to stay locked inside. The large, normally clean bathroom with a beautiful window also without curtains or shutters right in front of the shower. There is no mirror in the room or a shelf near the bed to place glasses, cell phone... Another flaw was that the room was made up every day, too bad they never swept it only on the 4th day after my request. I don't think I'll go back!
