Medium level hotel. Adequate cleaning. Single room. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Convenient for the southern area (Bocconi area - about 1 km of pleasant walk)

趕上了米蘭時裝週,一切都是拉垮的環境,房型,面積等一切都不靠譜。 不過衹有這個選擇也確實沒啥辦法,米蘭還是個挺美的好城市

Was greeted and cared for by wonderful staff. Breakfast was terrific and spilled blueberry on my white dress, so the lady making coffee helped me remove it fully with a detergent she had. She made my day. Loved this hotel!! Amazing value for your money and recommend for a tourist who likes walking to sites

Very clean rooms and hotel Staff was very accommodating of needs and helpful with arrangements for airport transport by taxi - even got a discount for us! Rooms are very small as is the bathroom. Had large balcony off room which was a nice plus!

This is a 3-star hotel in a pleasant part of Milan, and I would not have minded if I had been charged 141 Euros for a three-star room. Instead, I was charged 141 Euros for a cupboard-like room built under the stairs, barely wide enough for a single bed, with a tiny shower which I had to enter sideways because of the narrow gap between the open doors. The staff were pleasant and apologetic, but that is not enough for me to recommend this hotel.

Good small hotel with a reasonable location (fairly close to the metro), at a decent price. Breakfast area was a little small, but food was nice and service was prompt. Would stay there again when we next go to Milan.

I am rating only the Room 220 where I stayed. The windows should be replaced completely. You can hear in the night any car on the street or talking people. The street market in front of the hotel on Friday morning is a nightmare. Very noisy when all cars arrive and starting to build their metallic booths.

Good cleaning only but expensive as per the introduced service.breakfast place very small with no more options.no air-conditioning.. without bellman.you have to carry all your bags by your self to up . elevator not working and not have

My stay at hotel Piacenza was nothing but trouble. At check in we were told that due to an error in their system our reservation was only showing from the following day. As a result of that they didn’t have any double rooms so we were put on a single room for the first night. Two adults sleeping in a queen size bed meant we got no sleep. We were then changed to a double for the second night of the stay. I appreciate that errors can happen but I wanted that to be recognised by a monetary compensation. At the very least I would have expected to be compensated the difference between a single and a double (on their website it’s over £40) plus the inconvenience itself. The staff offered to cover the cost of the city tax (Around £13) but that doesn’t go far enough. We were charged a double room for the price of a single and I am now seeking help from my credit card company. Both rooms were terrible and lacking all sorts of amenities. One tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner/body wash (all in one) was all that was provided in the bathroom. The bathroom door wasn’t even a door and didn’t shut (see pictures). Room decor was old and unkempt. Air conditioning barely worked too and didn’t cool the room down. I found hairs on my towels - okay it can happen - and when I went to make myself a cup of tea (first room didn’t have a kettle) on the second night I found some more on the mugs. I had a look at the kettle and it looks like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks (look at the pictures below) so I gave up on the idea. I like to keep my reviews as factual as possible and refrain from letting my immediate feelings influence them - as you can see from my other posts - and very rarely give such a low score. I have never been made feel so unwelcome and mistreated like at hotel Piacenza. Cherry on the cake - at check out they wanted to charge us the 2 bottles of water we drank in the room - not even the courtesy of some water in a £100/night hotel. I refused to pay. Please avoid at all costs - the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

I had an excellent trip in Milan, and a relaxing stay in the Hotel Piacenza. So, I will consider this hotel again next time when I travel to Milan. Thanks for your good service!! I also suggest that we all should experience their laundry service since they take care of your cloths and wear perfume.

Too expensive accommodation for the low quality standard provided. Low standard of rooms and infrastructures. Poor quality breakfast. Speculatively high price for a single room. ..................... ....

The hotel was lovely and a short walk from the nearest metro station. Our bathroom door was stuck from the inside which when I informed reception was advised to push it which was easier said than done.
