Staying for weekend with my sister in Milano and really good location and nice room with bathtubs that we did enjoy a lot! And the gym in the basement is also nice place to stay if you like to have some training during business trip

Breakfast was small but good and what great

Apart from the construction in front of the hotel, the room has a great view, almost able to see Duomo. There was a great variety of breakfast and we enjoyed the service.

Hygienic details need to be improved, the stains on the coffee cup tray are very obvious, and the bathroom towel has lipstick marks when it is opened. There are many choices for breakfast, but the coffee tastes really bad, and it was not served even after breakfast, so I had to wait three times. The small square at the entrance is under construction.

Disadvantages: I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. First of all, the service quality is not good. Except for the front desk, there are no employees who can understand basic English. The second room with poor facilities had the bathroom seal on the floor as soon as we entered. We tried to coordinate with the hotel to no avail and did not notify anyone to check. The hotel staff just barged in. Third, the sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear clearly if a coin falls in the corridor. Fourth, only one toothbrush and water are provided, and there is no refilling of water after cleaning. The fifth gym is also very small and has almost no facilities. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel and it's so expensive...be careful.

This is the happiest hotel I have stayed in after visiting Milan several times. It has an unparalleled location, surrounded by high-end furniture stores, a few hundred meters away from the famous street cathedral, and close to supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. The room is large enough, the gym is perfect, and the equipment is complete. It’s Technogym, and it also has a pull-up comprehensive trainer. I looked at many places but they didn’t have it. The gym is from 6 am to 12 pm, which is actually 24 hours a day. If you come from China and can’t sleep in the morning, you can go to the gym and have breakfast. First-class, the breakfast restaurant service is first-class, highly recommended, first choice when coming to Milan in the future.
