Pulizia e disponibilità. A 20 metri dalla metropolitana comodissimo per andare in centro in 10 minuti. Parcheggio a pagamento accanto all'hotel. Sconto sul parcheggio per i clienti. Consigliatissimo.

I opted for the modern (assuming recently renovated) room when booking. It was a nice room, the staff were friendly and the location was good. It was a little confusing finding it when I first arrived as you need to ring the buzzer to access the gated entrance before going through the courtyard and upto the first floor to reception, it could do with being a bit clearer.

Things to know about this place. it might have been 3 star hotel in the middle of last century but now it is far from it. When you come you have to walk up tight stairs to second flour, no elevator everything is old and worn down and smelly, the carpets are old and dirty, and last but not least since we decided not to stay they insist that even with a partial refundable booking they should not refund the the 3 remaining nights, I understand that I have to pay the first night and have no problem with that and at the time of me writing this a week after the fact I still have not even been refunded the insurance fee

Terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no hot water for the shower and, even more disgusting, I found hair in the bed that was clearly not mine. After reporting the problem to the front desk, I was told that it was best to avoid showering, without offering any concrete solutions. The next day I asked for the sheets to be changed, and was assured that it had been done. Too bad it was a lie, because I recognized the same dirty sheets as before. When I pointed this out, the staff was rude and treated me as if I were the problem. Furthermore, the room is full of dust, a sign of a rough cleaning. The customer service is non-existent and the attitude of the staff is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone looking for a minimum of hygiene and professionalism.

I was in Milan to spend a few relaxing days with my wife. From the first phone calls we had with Massimiliano he immediately made us feel at ease. The top was upon our arrival. Friendly but professional staff at best; excellent cleanliness; Abundant and varied breakfast. Located in a strategic point near the metro where you can reach all the major monuments of Milan. Absolutely recommended
