It’s NOT 4 star hotel. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are tiny and noisy. I stayed in a room that reeked of sewage and another that smelled of mothballs. Hair dryer is old and bad. But the attendants are super kind and have a great breakfast. Again: It is not a 4 star hotel.

It wasn't a four-star hotel. My experience was truly disappointing, and the room was dirty. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a dirty floor and a shower cabin held together with duct tape. The shower hose was completely detached and falling apart. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably warm, and despite a fan being present, it didn't work either. When I reported these issues at the reception, the staff member was very unfriendly and simply said, "We don't have a better room for you." The breakfast also left much to be desired. By 9:00 a.m., everything was empty, and they refused to refill. The bread was stale, and everything was just filthy. If you asked for coffee, it took over 15 minutes to be served, even with fewer than 10 people in the restaurant having breakfast. This was truly the worst experience of my life.

We stayed in Hotel Vittoria for 3 nights, Our stay was very much comfortable. Property is nice ,good central location. Great hospitality , special care taken care by Mr. Alberto. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very welcoming establishment, the various staff on reception and Michael, the older waiter in the breakfast room, all very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel good for transport connections trams 12 & 27 + bus 60 leave about 300m away if one did not want to walk to the Duomo approx 25mins walk. Also metro line 4 from Linate is about 7mins walk, so hotel is well located. Rooms, "cosy" but clean & comfortable provided with all amenities. Excellent breakfast selection. Hotel is traditional Italian which gives it a unique style. I would stay again without hesitation. Nice touch on International Ladies Day, all women were presented with a sprig of Mimosa at breakfast.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and near city. Room was smaller than it looked on pictures and that disappointed us a lot. We could also hear sometimes our neighbours when they made their morning noises.

We enjoyed a great stay at Hotel Vittoria. The staff were warm and friendly. It's a charming and well-maintained hotel in what feels like a neighborhood instead an area full of tourists. We mostly walked to the Duomo Piazza, the center of everything touristic. However, the hotel is a 10-min walk from the metro, less to the tram. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby on Corso Ventidue Marzo and on the way to the metro. A well-stocked grocery store right next door. NB the bathroom was small, as is typical in European hotels.
