The location of the hotel is quite good. You can either take the metro or walk to the city centre within reasonable time. Walking takes 30 min and taking metro takes 10-15 min. The staff is so friendly and the room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet. Close to the subway station. Very convenient to go around. Nice restaurants around.

Breakfast selection and staff at breakfast was fantastic! However, it was so hot in the room and had no air condition during winter.... Staff told us during winter, it's off but the heater was turned on. Air conditioned will be on during summer.

What to say: Lovely hotel and member staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great bathroom, very nice man on the reception gave us relaxing bath salt for free (grazie senior). Also really tasty breakfast and delicious coffee.

Everything is fine except high prices

Close to metro station and the area was lively at night with restaurants and pubs being open. Felt safe walking at night in the area.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet location with everything included, very kind staff, large room and bathroom complete with everything, price quality a bit high!! But hotel is ok!

The location is very good, 29 minutes' walk from Milan Cathedral. There is a cooperative parking lot 350 meters away, and the hotel negotiated price for parking all day is 19 euros. The room was clean and the breakfast was rich. Excellent service. English communication is OK. Tourist tax for adults is 5 euros per person.

We couldn't try the included breakfast, because we left very early, but the facilities are very good, despite accepting pets, it is very clean.
