The location of the hotel is good, in the vicinity of luxury brands and thus look safe. We can check-in at 11am, which is earlier than expected. The hygiene is okay but there is a towel which appears to be an used towel, perhaps for cleaning, left in the bathroom. Hair dryer and slippers are provided.

Overall good hotel, the service was great but definitely not above and beyond or anything. The room was very spacious with lots of amenities like bath salts but unfortunately not toothpaste or toothbrushes. The bed was super comfy too and was spacious and designed well as you can turn all the lights off from the bed and there were USB ports nearby.
The only downsides of this room is that outside it’s quite noisy and we could also hear banging upstairs. Additionally the ac wasn’t great so I was quite hot throughout the night.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and the shower and bath very comfortable. The location is excellent, just next to the cathedral Duomo and fashion shopping mall, there are many restaurants around, the transportation is very convenient, ten minutes walk to the castle. Will continue to stay at this hotel next time.

The interior of the hotel is spacious, bright, clean and tidy.

BA canceled the left flight, so we need to stay in Milan for one more night. I saw the reviews on the Internet and gave it a try. The price/performance ratio is really high. The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only 5 minutes to go to the cathedral and the Galleria. It is definitely worth choosing!

This hotel is 15 minutes away from Metro Dadu. It may be a bit difficult if you have large luggage.
The service staff at the front desk of the hotel were very friendly and explained the situation of the hotel room very clearly.
The elevators in this hotel are very slow, and it takes time to go up and down each floor. Be careful if you are in a hurry.
