Before arrival, I requested some small decorations as this trip is a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. However, my request got declined, so I did not expect anything. Upon arrival, they did ended up decorating the room with balloons & even gave us a little cheesecake! Very pleased with the service & overall cleanliness of the room!

Convenient location, 6 mins walk to Milan Central Station.
Reception service can improve, especially the night shift. I was check in late after midnight, it took around 40mins to finally settle in. Issues involved 20mins cleaning/maintenance work. 20mins of resolving the key card issue, it didn’t work. Think the check in service was not properly handled.
