The room was clean, its condition is a bit poorer than in the pictures, the shared kitchen is more for design - trying to suggest - do not use me. Good position, 250m from the subway station. Even though the room was with the windows towards inner courtyard, however, the trams that pass in front of the building can be heard quite loudly, annoying. The unpleasant surprise came from an employee assigned to greet me - Arianna whose bad attitude caught my attention from the very first evening. Although I agreed to pay a surcharge in case I failed to arrive for check-in before 9 pm - I felt annoyed with the messages she sent on whatsapp being eager to get there faster. The misfortune was that the subway train broke down in an intermediate station and I had no choice but to wait for the next one. An even more unpleasant situation was created by the same employee on the day of departure. The day before I bought some local culinary delicacies in order to take with me back home. By the time I was about to leave, I found that 2 products were missing from the bag. I contacted Arianna and asked her if she knew anything about it. At first she didn't remember anything, but when I asked for a copy of the video footage (there was a video camera in the kitchen), she admitted that she knew about them and that she had to "clean up" the refrigerator. Obviously when only certain products disappear from a bag (the bag remaining in the fridge with the rest of products), it is not called "clean up" but something else ... Even though she agreed to refund me for the missing products - unfortunately this has never happened. it's been 4 weeks since the incident.
