The hotel is in a good location, next to the subway station. It is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy for the train to reach the next stop. When checking in, the hotel couldn't find the reservation at first. At this time, I have to praise Ctrip's customer service for quickly helping you solve the problem. The service cannot be overstated.

The building layout and interior plan (doors) are sensible in reducing noise level. The hotel is on a quiet road so no emergency siren would wake you up. The hotel sign, exterior & interior decor are rather unassuming, but given the distance from the station, firm but supportive mattress and affordable pricing, I recommend Paradiso and I will return again. I had a good night sleep and checked out feeling refreshed.

Located very closer to the central station. Just 5 mins walk. Other than the best location all other aspects were average. It was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof. Wifi was very unreliable very slow and drops all the time. Good for a one night stay not more for sure.

Close to the metro station, very convenient for staying in the city but not in the confusion. Being a 2 star you can't expect huge, luxurious rooms and a princely breakfast but everything is organised, functional and proportionate. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Fabulous cats. I would definitely go again.

Hotel located in a strategic position. From Milan Central Station 15 minutes on foot. Welcoming and available staff at all hours. Basic room with garden view, quiet with air conditioning, excellent cleanliness. And then at the reception there is Garfield, a wonderful and cuddly red cat. 😊 To come back! until next time!

We were very lucky to have found the Paradiso hotel, very nice, we found an excellent environment, very friendly staff, the towels were changed every day, which is rare even in 3 star hotels, the room was spacious and overlooking the street.

Horrible!!!!! Small and very hot room, uncomfortable bed, post-war air conditioner, transparent curtains that let light into the room from the first light of dawn and also noisy due to the 5 non-soundproof rooms on the floor 😱😱😱 I ran away after the first night , sleepless obviously... unfortunately for me the manager forced me to pay for the two nights in advance even though I wasn't sure if I was staying or not. Even though I only stayed for one night, I was denied a partial refund for the second night. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED! €80 per night is not acceptable for a dump! And now it's time for these cheap hoteliers to renovate before renting at crazy prices!
