La Chambre Milano Guest House

After showing up to the hotel to check in. I asked where the private parking was that I was informed about. The front desk guy informed me there isn’t private parking only public parking. After talking to the manager of the hotel to cancel my booking cause she lied about the parking. She agreed that to cancel without issue. Find out 2 days later she once again lied and charged my card full amount and I didn’t even stay there. Now trying to get my refund through where I did my booking and contacting her to refund me. Still on going battle. She lies and very rude. There are better hotels around that area that have proper service with customers for exact or better pricing than la chambre milan hotel.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Milan metropolitan area, with only 30 min walk going most places. The hotel looks modern and clean in the pictures, however it was quite worn down with mould on the bathroom and very loud between rooms. Heard everything going on in other rooms, and was kept awake by some lovers next door. The staff spoke next to no English, so struggled to get basic questions answered. The best thing about the hotel was the lovely man who was in charge of cleaning the rooms. He was lovely!
