i’m not very happy with my staying in this hotel as the first time I‘ll enter my room. I found my two pillow haven’t changed the cover, and it‘s very smelly, and when I go to the reception, the men just take the pillow away and changed the cover without saying anything it seems like they always did at& during the second day I want a small stay the lobby just for a man in my trip and my hotel later for a few days but they said the lady cleaning lady is coming and we need to leave the lobby the same seats or don‘t welcome me.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom.
The location is in a community, which is relatively easy to find. It's not far from the city, just 2 subway rides away.
The bathroom in this room is shared, but it's very convenient.
The soundproofing is not good, it will be very loud when people outside go up the stairs.

The room was spacious and surprisingly clean for a two star hotel , the hotel workers were friendly. Apart from those advantages, what all of the guest had to face in the middle of the night was horrendous. There was a power shutdown in the middle of the night . A pregnant lady was stuck outside the hotel without any ability to enter the building. A family with little children and a newborn couldn’t sleep at night because the air conditioning was off and all of the guests were left “boiling” during Milanese +30 at night. As a guest I’m disappointed myself because I booked the hotel just to escape the Milanese summer heat for a couple of days. Hotel has no emergency number so we had to call the local firefighter services so they would break the entrance automatic door. The hotel staff didn’t suggest any type of compensation for this negative experience.

BED BUGS - DID NOT REFUND We are experienced and low maintenance travelers. We booked a room at the Hotel RossoVino for an overnight stay, and around 1am before going to bed we saw some spots on the wall. When we looked closer, we saw without a doubt that they were bed bugs. We took photo and video. We tried to call or reach someone from the hotel but no staff were there at that time of night and nobody answered the phone. We left in the middle of the night and were very lucky to find a vacancy somewhere else. We returned to Hotel RossoVino the next morning to check out and tell them what had happened. The front desk person was very kind and apologetic, reviewed our photos and videos, and said he would send our complaint to his supervisor and to the owner. We have followed up several times and all they have told us is that our complaint will be forwarded. Weeks have passed, and nothing from the hotel. We are still waiting to hear from them and get our money back.

We was living in big house and at the good location, not so far from city Center ,mb 15-20 min by railways,bus. Also when we was checking in ,manager (as I remember his name -Nabil) was pretty gentle and polite, he explained to us all information about how we can to get all shoppings and museums. Also don’t worry about sharing the bath room, there are cleaning it every day.

Very dirty place staff are very rude also the manager not lessen to the customer always blame on the customer. Please if you booked this place directly contact your bank to not take more money. book some where else not this place.
