The location is 5 min from the train station. Room is good. Staff is helpful.

This time we arrived in the afternoon. We always stay at Glam if we have an event in Milan. They recognized us having stayed here before and we got a room on the 9th floor. Very nice room, great view. I like the price / quality combi. Very nice hotel to explore Milan also in the evening to get a nice bite and drink.

The location is good. Pretty close to the Milan Central Station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms we stayed are with the disabled facilities. Didn’t feel comfortable, e.g. the toilet is high. The air conditioning is bad. 2 out of our 3 rooms were with no air con while the other one was too cold. No water boiling kettle in the room.

Very good place for stay in Milan

The hotel is right opposite the central station. Room was clean. Good shower bed and air con. The hotel does not need keycard to access the lift. There was a man knock on my door very hard and try to turn my door handle. I called the reception to check. Then one hour later someone knock again. So beware of this situation. Do not open your door to anyone.

Location of hotel is excellent. Super easy to reach from Milano Centrale Stazione. It’s a no frills hotel, our room didn’t have body wash and there the toilet door frame has water rot. The room is also not very clean as we can see accumulated dust. The pluses are 1. Spacious so good for families as there is a king sized bed and a single bed in the room 2. Excellent location 3. Good customer service.

Nice located with two underground entrances on both sides, so convenient to go to places of interest. Restaurants all around with McDonald’s so there’s no need to worry if arrive at night or leave too early. Wonderful breakfast supplying, and the room was clean and tidy. Had a great trip here!

Great location for train, metro or airport bus. Good sized room and reasonably comfortable. Facilities are fairly basic. Have to ask for kettle , mugs and plates.

Room and toilet is so dark. No teapot or glass at the room but could borrow from the font-desk. The location is excellent and room size is able to fit for 2 big luggage. View is good from the room as we are facing the central terminal.

The location is just perfect, 1 min walk from the central station. Many restaurants near by. The windows were sound proof which is a very plus. The hotel too has an inn house bar in the lobby which is very ideal for couple of hrs for solo travel like me.

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.
