The hotel is quite new. However, the standing shower design is not good, and there is a flaw because the whole toilet floor will be full of water after each shower, regardless of how careful we were not to overflow. It is really messy. I will not be back again in the future.

Stylish hotel, good size room. Would’ve be great to have a kettle or bottled water in the room for this price. Other than that everything was good.

Not close to City center , the room that we first got , Air conditioning was not functioning . Also the room is small compare to other similar 4 star hotels. Toilet is extremely small .

Good location near subway station, bars, groceries stores are in stone’s throw. Nice staff who will help you at any time. If you like walking you can easily walk to the center

Very basic modern clean hotel. 10mins to nearest metro station which runs on the M3 Yellow line. Convenient to commute to Duomo. Reception staffs can be more helpful and courteous though.

Good value for the price paid. The location is convenient and close to the underground and tram stops. The nice cafe is located nearby.

Room ok, but not must facility nor service . Price was reasonable, as it only 3 stations from central station..staff at front office can be more friendly.

My experience at this hotel was very good. It is located 4 minutes walk from a metro station which is great. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived they told us that our room was upgraded for free, which was a nice surprise!

The hotel was located away from the bustling centre if Milan, however the soundproofing leaves more to be desired as the buzzing of a mobile from the next room sounded as if it was my own buzzing

The room was clean while the bed was soft and comfortable. Nice view of the room. The room temperature was adjustable.
The pickup service was extraordinary and memorable. To be honest we reserved the pickup service nearly the last minute, we apologise for the inconvenience. However, the front officer Christian took prompt response on providing some details. After our departure, we took a while for waiting the driver. It’s totally understandable as the weather was rainy. During the waiting period, the front officer Alessia was able to keep in touch with us via email. Not only we successfully reached out the driver, but the process of going to the hotel also was extremely nice! Highly recommend the pickup service.
