The location of the hotel is very good. There are shops for shopping downstairs and around it, and a cafe is opposite. The room facilities are also very new, the lighting and air conditioning are very comfortable, and the room is big enough. I will stay here again next time.

We have travelled quite a bit and it's hard to wow us but this hotel did. This is a hotel that we would certainly go back to. Pros: location* (see cons too) as it was very central and easy access to pretty much everything, amazing staff, beautiful suites (very high end), good breakfast, and pretty much everything else. Cons: location (just barely and only because it's so central that if you're driving the traffic is crazy) and parking. But both points have less to do with hotel and more with central Milano.

This is a great place to stay. It's walkable to all of the major sites and steps away from restaurant row and lovely bars. The room we stay in had a funky round bed, which was comfortable. The apt is in a courtyard overlooking a 15th century church. The only nits for me: the in-room safe didn't work and the shower area doesn't have a ton of privacy. But otherwise, this is a real find!

This property was terrible, I’ll try and stay constructive. The address of where the room is on ******* is correct, however it’s a converted office block and has no reception. The reception details on ******* are incorrect and when you arrive at the rooms there are no directions… you will need to go into a neighbouring shop and ask. The hotel telephone number is incorrect and when you finally get into the room, it’s not worth what you paid. Staff were friendly and have heard the issues before, however clearly nothing changes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I’d rather sleep at a bus shelter.

The room was beautiful. The property also had breakfast included which was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were so helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend.

Not good experience Quite difficult to find the hotel. The Unique Suites is in a hidden place and no sign indicating the hotel. Although the Unique Hotel is in short walking distance, the Reception is in there and not in Suites, so I had to walk back and forth to checked in with all my baggage. No hot water in the second day of my stay. I have heard this was not the first time.

This room is separate from the registration and it is located by the church piazza. Great location at the center of Brera neighborhood. Staffs are amazing and Francesco (Gen Mgr) makes the best cappuccino in the area....

Loved the location in the upscale Brera district. Central to everything for visiting all areas. Location in a piazza was lovely. We stayed in the platinum city suite and it was large, upscale & modern. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was fantastic. We were spoiled.
