Hotel Wagner

Hotel 10 meters from the Wagner metro entrance. Very clean, spacious and comfortable suite, from the eighth floor you can enjoy an unparalleled view of Milan. The staff proved to be attentive to the customer and his needs even if not related to the stay.

The purpose of my trip was to take a course in Milan and then go see my family in another region. So I had a lot of luggage: a handbag, a backpack, a large suitcase and a shopping bag. My teacher and friend, who lives in the same neighborhood, kindly accompanied me to the hotel carrying some of my belongings. He accompanied me to the reception. There, the receptionist did something that he should not have had if he had been patient and well-mannered: he told us that the room was only for one person. He would have done better to refrain from saying this, and to ask: "Whose room is this?" So I would have answered that it was for me. My teacher and friend had to tell him that since I had a lot of luggage, he was helping me carry it. Yet it was obvious! So much for the negative. Other than that, the room and bathroom are very good, the bed very comfortable. There are beautiful paintings that decorate the hotel. I would stay there again, but please teach the receptionists how to speak properly to people. I laugh about it, but others might be offended.

Personally, for one night it did its duty. But it remains an old structure. The room is made of only mirrors. Clean bathroom, but the presence of dirty carpet is indecent in 2023. For one night it was fine...I wouldn't stay there any longer

Not a 4-star hotel but a 4-stall hotel. Dirty rooms, dilapidated and dirty bathroom, when we arrived there wasn't even toilet paper in the roll holder. The breakfast buffet (paid handsomely at €10 per person per day) was dirty, there were no placemats on the tables, the dishes were not washed properly, the quality of the food was poor and didn't even suit my dog. The croissants will have been two days old as well as the cold cuts and bread. In fact, we paid for breakfast in advance and never used it. Unpresentable staff. The bar fridge was full of spilled stains from drinks/food from previous guests.

Wagner was certainly born here and the hotel has remained so.....maybe it was much cleaner then!!! never seen such a poor breakfast with obviously dirty trays and crockery....I forgot.....who gave you the gift? 3 and 4 star???

Hotel to avoid definitely not 4 stars…. Terrible breakfast with dried cold cuts, hard croissants, unpresentable staff... good location near the metro. Furnishings and finishes from another era. Absolutely high prices for the quality offered
