Perfect place for a weekend stay - very close to the city centre (approx. 20 min walk to Duomo), great cafes and restaurants nearby. More of a residential area than tourist. Next door to the prison that is heavily guarded - safe with police patrols around. Little kitchenette that's very handy and the duplex is perfect as it gives a lot of space in separating the main bedroom from living room/kitchenette area.

Appartamento molto curato, funzionale e silenzioso in un palazzo unico nel suo genere. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario e piena disponibilità per il check-in. Gentilissima anche la ragazza che mi ha accolta. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Molto accogliente, ambiente accurato . Appartamento su due livelli . Molto pratico e funzionale.Ottima posizione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo stabile in cui si trova è veramente bellissimo. Gentilissimo il proprietario. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio.

Siamo stati molto bene. Flavio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. La stanza era corrispondente alle nostre aspettative. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungerla ne a fare il check in ed il check out.
