The hotel is located near the Church of Our Lady of Gratitude, about a few kilometers away, and the hotel is located on the second floor. The quilt looks quite clean. Note that there is a small washbasin next to the toilet, which is used for washing pg, but most of us are not used to it😄. The transportation of the hotel is quite convenient. There is tram No. 10 at the turn of 100 meters, and you can take the M1 subway after walking more than 600 meters. The hotel is very well located with a tram station nearby connecting it to the Centrale station or those coming from the airport and a metro station directly to the bus station for people coming by bus from other places. There is amazing Italian style traditional restaurant that I absolutely recommend. The hotel itself is a Milanese style building, super clean and organized. The staff are friendly and the room was small but okay. For two people I don’t recommend the small double as it would be difficult for 2 people to move around inside. The room was clean when we arrived. I wish there weee slippers because the floor was cold and as an old building it takes time for the AC to heat it. The breakfast had very limited choices but for the price paid, no complain. Overall it was a good stay. I recommend this one for couples or solo travelers who want to explore Milan on a budget and stay in a clean private place.

Good budget hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean. Would definitely stay again. Located in residential area, so nowhere to eat/drink nearby but only 150m from tram, where you can go to the attractive Navigli canal district, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a small supermarket by the tram stop. Also only about 15-20 minutes from Duomo by tram, bus or metro (metro station about 10 minutes walk from hotel). Didn't have breakfast, as it was basically coffee, juice and croissant. Our room had a cracked toilet lid, but usable. We didn't bother reporting it, as we only stayed one night. Everything else was fine. Hotel is on second floor of a residential building, but there is a lift/elevator.

We are extremely disappointed. A few hours after the cancellation deadline expired, we booked again at the same hotel. We had to postpone the date of the trip for professional reasons. However, the hotel did not accommodate us and charged us the full amount. So we cancelled the new booking there. We cannot recommend this hotel and will publicise it on other platforms. So be careful when booking

Neat and clean hotel. Good value for money. Rooms were very clean (although small) bit that wasn't an issue for us. Very close to public transport (trams and the metro is about 5 Minutes walking). Breakfast was ok. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Be aware this hotel might try to scam you. I booked a room in mid May for a stay in July for €134. I entered my card details, everything was confirmed. Then a few days before going I received an email saying there was my problem with my card and I had to reconfirm. Unfortunately I didn't see the email and they cancelled my booking without trying to phone me or anything. The day later I replied with my card details and was then informed the room was still available but now at €234! The exact same mediocre room for €100 more. I replied this wasn't acceptable and I was then informed the manager would do a special deal of €180. Still €50 more for the exact same room. I phoned and surprise surprise the manager wasn't available but I said I would phone the next day to speak to him. Later that day I recieved an email and wow the manager had changed his mind and decided to honour my original booking. I don't know if this is a scam to try and trick foreign tourists into paying exorbitant prices as it was strange how the situation changed when I switched from English to Italian. To be fair the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful as was the one at the hotel when we checked in and I don't know if they have to follow their manager's instructions, so I'm not complaining about them. I won't be staying here again after this experience.

Dark gloomy and unwelcoming place Tiny room with bathroom carved out if a corner of the already small bedroom. No lounge or sitting area. No tea/coffee in the room. Miniscule TV high on the wall. Feels like a cheap hostel, certainly not worth what we paid! Very disappointed.
