Accommodation: we were accommodated in an attic room (under the roof). The room did not have a full window; there was a hole in the roof with a broken opening mechanism and a broken roller blind. Initially, we booked a room with the best pictures, in fact the room looks like a garage. The photo of the room reservation completely does not correspond to the reality. When we asked to change our room to the option that we had booked, we were refused due to the lack of available rooms. Cleaning: There was no stated daily cleaning of the rooms. Consequently, there was a shortage of toilet paper and cosmetics. There was one roll of toilet paper, a package of soap, a package of shampoo - for 1 day. Thank you, of course, but I prefer to shower daily. In this hotel, this is not accepted. Amenities: they asked for an iron at the reception, there is no ironing board, the air conditioning does not work, there is a hairdryer, but it does not have enough power. Only 2 charges per room, naturally NOT near the bed. Bath: the shower has been around for decades, the hair on the towels, the towels smell distinctly of vinegar. Bed: separate duvet, no duvet cover, sheet and sheet included. The pillow is not orthopedic, but you can sleep. Bed with springs Breakfast: This is definitely not a buffet. This is 1 cup of cappuccino and a small assortment of: rolls, toast, cheese and ham, chocolate butter and cereal. Location: near metro (500~600 m), tram stop, bus stop. Overall: ok, convenient. Summary: you can spend 1-2 nights, but even this ruined the impression and rest. I don't want to be in the room at all. I hope my review will help someone. It’s just that I lived in a garage for 2 nights, my impressions are questionable. We liked the city of Milan, we walked 25 km every day, we were tired but very happy🌟 but this is not the merit of the hotel

Last Oct 7 -12, 2024 for CPHI Milan. I am totally miserable in this hotel. The room has a sting odor like very old wood. The toilet and the posset is very old ''like'' from more than 50 years old. The blankets are YukiE!!!! there is a small holes the fabric is itchy. No free water the breakfast is like the same ALL DAY... boiled egg until supply last, Breakfast every day are croissant bread, juice, cereals, salami , boiled egg, cheese. The bread looks like until 3 days. The water is unpleasant the receptionist is arrogant. the towels are Yukie EWWW.... it's not color white is color grey no wonder they don't change it for many years. If you will stay is this hotel better look for other hotels that might be cheap compare to this hotel and you have peace of mind.

NON PRENOTARE - NO RESERVAR - DO NOT BOOK Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita.

The room 2 that we were given was on the 0 floor. It was really noisy and with the bad AC. Charger ports were really old and the room wasn’t clean at all. The stuff was super unfriendly and even tho they provide free breakfast, the staff just went out!!! of the hotel for half an hour, so we couldn’t even have tea/coffee because coffee machines were in the bar he was responsible for. All in all, strongly do not recommend this place! If you want to save your money, do not choose this 2 star hotel

If I could give 0 stars I would. I still don't understand how it's still open. As soon as we arrived, the reception was arrogant and almost annoyed. Dirty room, no cooling, lights not working, no hot water. Breakfast which I prefer not to talk about at all. Never again.

In reality, with a modernization it wouldn't even be bad but there are some points that are definitely against the structure: the rooms are old but it's a 2 star, nobody expects much, in fact the bed was also comfortable but the floor is definitely worn out. Being practically on the street level you cannot remain with the windows open and air conditioning is necessary, an existing system which works well but which must be turned on practically on request and during a heat wave in Milan it would be necessary to be kind enough not to wait for ask to turn on the air, it is a service that is paid for and must be available at all times. The rooms are also not soundproof which would be fine if the staff weren't constantly shouting from one part of the hotel to another. I gave two stars because overall the staff is friendly but this place could be managed better.

The hotel presents itself well, really nice in the lobby and entrance in general. The staff are helpful and their presence is excellent 24 hours a day. The room was small but functional for the price and only one night's stay. The only flaw: the broken window shutter and a patch of mold in the corner of the entrance.

Terrible is a compliment.... dirty room, entrance with carpet... I think it has never been cleaned, cold room, torn blackout curtains, broken external shutters, dirty walls... bedspread I also think it has never been washed! At the reception in the morning at 7.30 we found no one and, even after ringing the bell several times, no one arrived! We had to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast! Luckily it was only one night..... absolutely not recommended for me!

The room was outdated with no air conditioning, the breakfast was terrible, in short, a place to forget, the boy behind the reception didn't even understand what someone was saying to him so we had to show him where it was
