The room is too small, the bathroom is a little small, basically two people can't stay at the same time, and the charging place is not good either, you can only charge in the bathroom, anyway, it is not recommended

We booked at the king mokinba hotel and were very happy to think that we were going to be central to everything tourist in Milan, when we arrived, the surprise that they had prepared for us with the hope of enjoying a few days in this city, they told us that they were sending us to their other Milan hotel “Baviera mokinba” because this one had a problem and they did not have rooms available, the supposed hotel was much further from the center on foot and thinking that we did not have to take public transportation they forced us to do it every day, paying for it ourselves. They did not have any details after the inconvenience (giving us transportation or inviting us to a buffet breakfast since we had not booked it) the least they should have done was notify us before our arrival at the hotel at least a day before and we were not happy By not doing so, they did not show any deference to this inconvenience. My mobility was reduced due to a discomfort in one foot that prevented me from walking much, so we paid for a more central (more expensive) hotel and in the end they accommodated us in another. A shame and an extra expense on my trip that was not my responsibility, really.

It's better in all aspects.

This time, when I booked this hotel, the hotel payment option was paid immediately. Thanks to this, it was very difficult to settle the travel expenses because it was so complicated. The desk was incredibly unfriendly, and no matter how much I explained on site, no one would listen. This was in contrast to the people who stayed at other hotels nearby who had a very comfortable stay. I sincerely do not want to stay again. Please be sure to delete on-site payment from the options before operating. It's not because people who pay more and choose the on-site payment option are stupid, it's because they do it for a good reason. Even though you showed up at the check-in time and didn't show up, are you still insisting on paying with a deposit card?
