This hotel is at the perfect location - less than a minute walk to the Duomo. In close proximity to the tram station and the subway station. There are a lot of places to shop and eat around the hotel. The single room was small but perfect for a solo traveller like myself. The hotel staff was nice and kind (especially Jimmy - he was very helpful). The breakfast spread was decent. Very much recommend if you prefer to stay in the heart of Milan and in close proximity to all the best places. Good to mention that most of the pick up points for day tours were within 10min walking distance.

Felt unsafe because they gave an old key only for the door The door didn’t have any back lock Shower was broken No water pressure Needed to Wait long for hot water The blanket had a whole in it on the bed It was a non smoking room but I smelled smoking smell in the morning They said if I go out they keep the key at the lobby. Got it back when I got to the hotel. But they didn’t even confirm my name. Just the number. Hotel room number. So I feel like anyone could get to the room if they knew the room number Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Location is excellent. Right next to the main attractions of Milan.

My plain was delayed so I got to the hotel at 4 am , the front door was closed , after a couple or rings a gentleman came and open the door for me , he was friendly and it took 2 min for my check in , thank you. So much for making my stay really good , breakfast was good , and the staff were nice .

The hotel is very close to Duomo and the metro station, about 2~3 minutes on foot. I liked the room, breakfast, and services. But it was a little noisy even at night because the hotel is just close to the street. Except that, everything was very satisfactory.

Great place to stay on a budget, staff very friendly and helpful, would recommend highly for travelling across Europe, variety of breakfast selections

The hotel is extremely well located! 1 minute to the metro and piazza Duomo. Old, but well maintained. The room is small, odorless, with a clean bed and a comfortable pillow. The windows overlooked the courtyard-well, but this was rather a plus - silence! Amazing breakfast, 4* standard, with strawberries, pineapples and everything else from cold cuts to the traditional scrambled eggs and bacon. Delicious cappuccino👍

The first hotel I booked after getting off the plane. Take the train from the airport directly to Central Station. After getting off the train, you can't walk far to the hotel. The front desk is very small. The *** who checked in asked me to keep my passport with him and return it to me when I checked out, but I refused on the spot. Then he copied it, which was quite excessive. The room is small and quite old. There is no bottled water or kettle. I wasn't in the mood to take pictures either. I happened to take a photo of the location of the plug, it's quite old. I want to say that the plug comes with the phone card and it can be used. They didn't tell me the Wi-Fi password when I checked in. I read the writing on the wall for a long time and there was no password either! I was too lazy to go down and ask again, so I had to use my own traffic. I found out the password the next day, but for some reason, it automatically went offline after 12 o'clock at night. Use the phone once and connect again. Living alone is a bargain.

The location is very good and convenient for traveling but the sound insulation effect is average

In front of the Duomo. A small old looking hotel. The key is an analog keyhole type. There may be a power outage during your stay. If you like to enjoy the atmosphere and are used to traveling, I don't think you'll have any problems. It may be a bit of a hurdle for those looking for perfect cleanliness and safety.

Going to Milan has always been my first choice for restaurants, family hotels, and old customers get along like friends.

Got a suite. It was awesome.
