very nice hotel locate in nice quite residential area, new building the with wide space rooms and very kind personal, close to metro red line only five minutes walk very reasonable price comparing with other hotels in Milano, I recommended very.

Worst hotel I have EVER experienced in my life. Upon entering, staff were extremely unfriendly, unhospitable and RUDE. Room does not look like it appears to online, dirty walls, no basic amenties, loud guests screaming and shouting in the hallway and lobby. The room was TINY, and when asked to change the hotel staff were extremely patronising and rude to us. The toilet was even more tiny. I complained to *********** and the property refused to refund us, and instead proceeded to shout at me over the phone, hang up on me repeatedly and call me a 'liar' WOW if that does not tell you all you need to know about their customer serivce, I do not know what will. PLEASE AVOID and spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE.

it would be appropriate and truly kind to point out to customers that 1 cappuccino taken standing at the hotel counter costs €7.00, as if you had the entire and assorted breakfast seated and served in the breakfast room. it is incorrect not to warn customers... who could go out to have a cappuccino 100 meters outside the hotel, paying €1.50, these are the tricks that leave you disappointed

Really nice hotel, with excellent value for money, very close to the Turro metro, very clean, very quiet and very spacious, the guy at the reception was really kind and helpful, he also gave us some really useful tips for returning from a concert, we will definitely be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very very small room, absolutely no soundproofing, you can hear everything in the other rooms. Cleanliness average. Not exactly a tourist area. Standard breakfast with pre-packaged products, they have no kitchen and cannot cater

New hotel, clean, modern and furnished with excellent taste. The room is spacious and really beautiful, bathroom comfortable and spotless. Good soundproofing from the outside, the internal walls are a little thinner... but you can rest very well! Note of thanks to the staff present in the morning for breakfast, fantastic people, smiling and helpful! Subdued reception, but made up for in a big way by the staff the next morning! I absolutely recommend it, even to people from Milan who need to find accommodation for friends in transit: it will certainly make you make a good impression.
