The rooms are very run down. Carpet is very dirty. Beds are small. Only 1 USB plug in the room & it was broken. Bathroom is very dated. Towels need to be replaced long time ago. The rooms really need major overhaul. The stay was very unpleasant & it hurts the name of Novotel.

Tram to city is just a few minutes walking distance. The breakfast is very affordable, plenty of varieties and delicious.

The location is far from everything, not allowed to turn on the AC in mid April! was suggested to open the windows when assigned a room at 1st floor...lots of mosquitos came in at night....

The hotel was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the location is less than fantastic. It is within walking distance to the CaGranda Metro station but the surroundings are residential suburbs. If you're looking for a lively area, this hotel might not be for you. If not, then it is quite good.

Novotel Milano Nord Ca Granda is a nice hotel located about 20 minutes far from Milano Duomo (using metro or tram). The staff is extremely friendly. The hair dryer did not work in our room, so we got a replacement in a few minutes. The room is fine, but in one place the carpet was visibly dirty, and so was one of the towels provided. It should be noted that our room had a sliding door in the bathroom that cannot be completely closed (it only covers the entrance to the bathroom) and you can hear everything in the room while someone is inside. I should definitely highlight the breakfast, which is extremely tasty and has a wide selection of dishes. All in all, for an average price, the hotel is fine. I would come back again, although of course not everything was ideal.
