Smooth check-in process. Arrived late at night around 1AM. The reception was amazing - very good place to stay; Defo recommend to everyone.

I arrived late am due to flight delays and was assigned the bottom bunk. All night long there was dripping and pipe noise from the bathroom and I didn’t sleep well. Even with the door shut it was so loud. I was very disappointed-what could staff do at 2am in the morning to resolve this? Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better. Nice spacious room.
It was a safe and secure environment with codes to access parts of the building and lift. The breakout room/chill room was nice and comfortable to wait after checkout. Staff were friendly and approachable. Location was excellent around the corner from the station. Free luggage storage for guests was convenient. I liked the idea of one bathroom between 6 people, however towels would be great for the floor after a shower and to walk around as you can slip.

I would recommend that the bed should have curtains to be private. Imagine while you were sleeping and a group of people had arrived at night. You should be banned for smoke in the building. Only smoking outside will be appropriated for the guest.

1st night was super noisy and my room was at 1st floor can heard the loud music and noise from my room till 1am. I stay in a 5 bed female dom bed between bed too low I had hit my head twice. Location is the best 4 mins walk from main. Train station. And metro
