I will try not to dwell .... but I want to share this sad ... bad experience. I had telephoned a room for 2 nights. A lady tells me she can give me an accommodation but: We should sleep on Sunday evening in one room On Monday in another room. My response was; There are no problems ... my partner and I come to Milan for health problems. It is important to have a COMFORTABLE room ... CLEAN .... We usually stay 2 days in the hotel on the third We go to the hospital. We arrive on Sunday evening ... The LADY with a video sent to the phone shows me how to open to enter .. OK. We arrive in the room .... unpretentious but clean. On Monday morning we go to the hospital to do tests. We go back and a lady with a slightly ostentatious Italian shows us the new room. BATHROOM in 2022 ... at € 105 per night I have to share the bathroom .... I call the mysterious lady and she claims to be right by telling me ... I told her .... who ..???? Just kidding I agree to sleep in a room without a bathroom .... it's madness ( my partner with cancer ) Finally I tell you ... in the night Exactly at 24.15 ... He knocks on the door ... a guy And he tells me (in a slightly incorrect Italian) DID YOU TAKE THE PILLOWS IN THE NEXT ROOM??? ) but who are you ... a customer ... an employee ... an owner. Still waiting for an answer. To be honest I'm still waiting to be registered in the structure (the mysterious lady of us today only knows my credit card) ... and not least a receipt of my payment. DEAR LADY.... THERE IS A LOT TO REVIEW.... FIRST OF ALL EDUCATION AND RESPECT. TADDEI LORELLA
