Old and run down, spartan room with clogged sink and dirty shower.

The hotel was selected blindly, and it was a pleasant surprise. It is very cost-effective and clean! Recommended ~ The hotel has an independent paid parking lot. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic.

I was surprised by the Jinjiang Inn when I entered the hotel. It is located in an industrial area. The room is just OK. The guy at the front desk said that you can park anywhere on the roadside without the police.

Not bad, worth recommending

It's quite far from the city. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car. There is a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel that is very cost-effective. It's also delicious

Best hotel in town. Clean recently renovated safe area housekeeping doing an amazing job. Tasty food. This is as good as can be. Free parking infront of hotel. This is the place to stay in Milan. Wonderful gym with pool garden terrace and huge lobby

The hotel was ok, clean and on the whole the staff were friendly. The outside bar was open while we were there. It was a little grotty and service was very slow. We ate in the restaurant twice. Be careful what you choose. The pizza was delicious however the salmon taco was expensive and lame. Smoked salmon in a dry taco shell with lettuce leaves for €20 was a joke. The hotel is in a suburb and 40 mins tram or 20 min taxi to the centre. Average taxi ride was €20. Most taxi drivers were friendly. Due to the location of the hotel I wouldn’t advise venturing out. We walked from the train station to the hotel on arrival and we felt very unsafe. We walked to the nearest shop for snacks and again felt very unsafe. The taxi rides made the stay very expensive. Would we stay here again? No

The hotel offered secure parking but it was still in a good location - very handy for the tram. We were given an upgrade, which was lovely and certainly unexpected and much appreciated. The staff were really friendly and professional. Would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

We had a great time, staying at the Radisson blue hotel. Trams are straight across the road to reach Milan city centre which took 20 minutes

The staff made the experience so much better. Specially Clara at the reception she was so helpfull and kind. She helped us to get around the city and anything regarding our stay. We were all so happy with your excellent service. The rooms were nice and clean, very nice facilities and a large selection of breakfast options.

Best staff. Friendly professional and helpful. The staff definitely went above and beyond. Will keep coming back to Radisson Milan whenever I’m there.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and quiet. The location is well out of town but there is a good tram service which takes about 40 minutes. Limited options for eating out in the area around the hotel.

The hotel is excellent. Service, atmsophere, everything. Everything worked out well during our stay and in any issues the recpetion team did their everything to solve our problem and made us feel valued, as an another hotel receptionist this is something i appreciate alot. Breakfast was good, the lunch and evening a la carté was also good with fair prices. Isma from the reception deserves a special mention, as he greeted us on check-in and gave worthfull advices of Milan, Como and of Italy overall and helped us to get the best possible experience of our vacation. Thank you! Also a big thank you to the team of Radisson Blu Hotel Milan for making our trip as good as possible!
