水很小 花灑出水很慢，水壓不行。房間太小啦。空調也不給力，開了都不懂是不是開了。第一天去WIFI壞了沒修好。第二天修好還是挺慢很卡。看視頻老是斷。周邊找吃的也很少。下次不會再住。第三樓房間是閣樓很熱 窗户高高的 看不到外面。這樣的房還那麼貴 比巴黎差很遠。

機場巴士幾乎直達酒店，非常方便。地鐵可以到景點，距離FlixBus兩站地鐵，出行很方便。房間空調面板有點接觸不良，日間有點熱。有蚊子。設施齊全，很乾凈。

The staff was friendly. Air conditioning subpar, set on timer and turns off at night. Woke up with rash on arm day 2, confirmed by doctor potential bedbug bites. Moved me to another room but no apology or other compensation offered. Do not recommend.

We booked a girls holiday to visit a friend in Milan for 3 nights but unfortunately this hotel ruined our holiday, forcing us to book new flights home. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We only stayed 1 night as on the second night we were woken up by bed bugs… when inspecting the room they were everywhere! All over the room and our suitcases…. When leaving the room at 3am the hotel did not have anyone on the desk to talk to so we were forced to stay in their bedbug infested lobby until 8:30am to talk to the manager. We were reassured that we would receive a refund but this is all lies as we haven’t received a penny. The bed bug infestation has been going on for many years and the hotel are not willing to sort it, I had over 40 bed bug bites from staying here. The aircon does not work either.

Disgusting ticks (zecche) full of blood in bedroom. When we showed the videos to the receptionist she offered us a free breakfast. Wow. This deserves a visit from local health authorities. Disgusting and unacceptable. See photos for proof.

The hotel is old and dirty Rooms are very small Bed mastress are terrible I felt like sleeping on the spine of some sort No shower gel Yellow stains in the bathroom No reception at night A place to avoid for sure especially at this price
