It’s a nice location, but a bit noisy, other things is ok

The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to Milan Duomo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious.

位置非常好，方便而且好近車站同米蘭大教堂。
房間整潔，舒適，唯一缺點就係近大街，交通工具同人聲比較嘈。不過整體都滿意，有機會下次都會再入住。

The location is very good, convenient and very close to the station and Milan Cathedral.
The room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that it is close to the street and the traffic and people are noisy. However, overall I am satisfied and will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel's approach was very heartwarming, because I didn't disclose my birthday to the hotel, but the hotel gave me a lot of chocolate and macarons during room service, which was very heartwarming.

The room and location are great. The hotel is right next to McDonalds and KFC restaurants. The hotel does not provide breakfast.  Check in is a bit odd.  When you arrive you have to call the hotel which turns out to be the ODSweet Duomo Milano Hotel across the street to the left. There is a ODSweet candy store at the bottom of the building.  Someone will walk across the street and give you the key and then show you to your room. If for some reason you cannot call, I would think that you could just walk over and contact them. You will pay the city tax by card or cash.  After this check in, this is the last time you will have any contact with the hotel.  Just leave the key cards in the room and go.  If you drive into the city and park near the hotel you are in what the city calls Area C,  You have to go to the Tabacchi next to the hotel and get a card for 5 euros to pay every time you move the car on a weekday.  If you have a non-Italian license plate you have to call it in or use your computer, not text.  The hotel is in a great location and is a very nice room.

We stayed here a few nights while in Milan. Located very close to the Duomo and walking distance to most things. The door is located in an alley and it is above the KFC. We were greeted downstairs to ensure we made it to our room. Very small old elevator, I opted to use the stairs. The porter brought our bags up which was convenient. The room was very clean upon entry and set up with some special details for our honeymoon. We got a letter from the manager and a heart set up, out of towels, at the front of the bed.   There are small details that I liked when I noticed them. They left ear plugs near the bed because it can get loud with the tram. I didn’t have an issue with noise but it’s the thought. Complimentary snacks and drinks were restocked when the room was cleaned. I put some clothes near the closet. Whoever cleaned the room hung some of them up and folded other clothes nicely in the closet. We received a small treat outside our door the morning we left. We had a heated towel rack in the bathroom which I love having.  The room and hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The price was great for what we received in return. I felt comfortable and happy the whole time. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We had a wonderful stay at this place and would definitely come back again. The location is smack in the middle of everything! Rooms were so clean and good size especially considering the location of the place
