Although the staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good location, it could not hide that this is an awful hotel. The room facilities are very old, the air conditioning is not working, the whole room is very hot and difficult to sleep, the room's sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the residents talking in the next room through the papery walls is very clear. My entire stay was very bad and affected my trip badly, and if I were to visit Milan again, I would not choose this hotel.

Very nice location, but the hotel needs little bit renovation. Like wireless keys usb ports and plugs ro add, ac also but everything else was very nice . The breakfast was good. Especially the espresso and the cappuccino.

The location is convenient, which is very close to Main Station. The staff are nice and willing to help. The room is clean & the washroom is newly renovated. The breakfast is great with pancake & honey & nutella & variety of fruits.

Stayed one night as solo traveler. Wanted to be close to Milano Centrale (this is the perfect hotel for that as it’s right across the street) but still do some sightseeing. Reception was very nice and helpful, room was small but clean, good enough for what was needed. Only complaint is that the walls are super thin so I did not sleep well.

Have to climb up steps with luggage . No one to help .
No kettle to make hot water .
Provides 2 bottles of water throughout whole stay (1 already opened by previous guest - they did not replace ).
