Terrible experience. Terrible room, even worse cleanliness, from the photos you can see that there was dust everywhere, even on the radiator, on the toilet roll holder, on the bathroom vent (which was obviously blind) I even found dust in the sockets. Bidet non-existent and I find it really absurd in 2023 and especially in Italy (maybe it's not even up to standard). Not even half a wardrobe or a chest of drawers so you have to put things on the floor or on a chair (strangely supplied). Extremely uncomfortable bed, it looked like it was broken (and maybe it was but I didn't know for sure). Strange stains and residues on the walls (I haven't looked into these in depth either). Obviously in the morning I ask the cleaning lady to be more careful with bathroom hygiene, on the one hand she heard and on the other she immediately forgot. Even the hairdryer supplied (in the photo) with a filter full of dust and a nozzle now melted due to the heat. There was even a diffuser which obviously wasn't suitable for that hairdryer and was full of dust, so as soon as I tried to use it I put it down immediately. Not to mention the fact that I did the self check in even though I arrived within the established time to have an adequate welcome. What can I say, terrible in every way.

Per una soggiorno di una o due notti non male come stanza ...piccolina ma ha più o meno tutto ...pulizia ...bagno con doccia no bidet...vi è un piccolo armadio per appendere abiti ...i letti sono singoli e separati ...non male per brevi soggiorni ..a 200/300 MT c è anche la metro quindi ha anche una posizione comoda
