Although the location might seem convenient, it was very noisy filthy and hard to sleep. We were also charged fees that were not described on the site. The room we stayed at was old, with broken window that we couldn't close. They also charge additional fee for using AC. I usually look for economic places to stay at, but this one I couldn't even rest for all the noise and uncomfortable room.

The hotel was pretty nice and had all that we needed. The staff was very nice and got things in order with ease. The location of the hotel is very good for convenience, as there are multiple restaurants of different kinds all within a block. Only annoyance would be the noise. It was pretty easy to hear the vehicles and things happening outside. Due to it being near an intersection people honk their horns semi-often.

We arrived at night and the welcome was terrible, unfriendly staff. The room stank of cigarettes and the insulation was terrible, we slept very badly. No hot water in the shared bathroom and problems with the pipes which make no noise all night long. For a total of €96 per night.

Not recommended....horrible.... Terrible welcome... practically non-existent, not a greeting but a person who seemed to bother me... Scary room...worse bed...windows from the 60s that didn't close completely... 180 euros for 2 nights.... And thank goodness the price was discounted... booked through trip.com...another negative point (first and last time) I was traveling alone, and from the receipt issued by trip.com that I had, it said that only 3.4 euros had to be added for the tourist tax (total for 2 nights)... instead the hotel wanted 12 euros for 2 nights for the tax and administrative costs.... when I showed the booking I was told that they don't work with trip.com but with ******* and look on their website and it was all written there... ..then I call trip.com....after 2 hours I am called back and I am told that the hotel actually charges the administrative costs as indicated on ******* so everything is normal (too bad I booked with trip.com not with *******) So on my behalf, avoid both the hotel and the site

I'm not happy because the total payments supposed to be 445€ for 7 days which I did paid 410€ before coming then at the hotel to complete the payment of 35€ the man who was in charge ask me to pay 91€..I want a refund of my extra payment!

There should be a in big letters in the description of the hotel SHARED BATHROOM FOR 3 ROOMS. Never again.

No good, these are the thing that you have to deal with: -Constant noise from the street -unclean bedding -shared washroom -no elevator (you have to take the stairs with your luggage) -no fridge, microwave or tv remote -bad area in general -room is pretty small and has nothing but a bed

It's a very bad hotel, there is no car park...they broke the window of my car fron of the hotel, toilet in the room for money, air conditioner for money, it's not even worth 0 stars....

Terrible service, I booked in error the wrong dates and I tried to get a refund, but the property ignored all my requested. DO NOT BOOK HERE, they don't have any customer service.

Overall good. Boards fell off the bed frame, but held up overnight. It got pretty hot overnight even with the A/C on and the window open. The bathroom was also pretty small.

When we did the booking it was written you a private bathroom/toilette. We arrived the reception told us that we booked with the community bathroom. Then we asked we wanted to be upgraded of course we will pay, he told hs was fully booked. That was not fully booked. The truth is they don't have room with bathroom privately. The bathroom in every level were outside of your room 😡 Instead to tell us the truth he started to tell us that we are trying being intelligent and we are not. Unfriendly to the highest level.😡😡😡
