The worst accommodation experience of my life. I've stayed in thousands of accommodations and traveled extensively, both for leisure and work, and I've never had such poor treatment and experience here in my life. First of all, I was in the apartment for two days with a constant alarm in the building. By the second day, they couldn't stop the alarm. They sent me messages telling me I had to leave the building, and there was no one outside to ask anything. I was unable to work or anything all afternoon, and they offered me no solution. Then they told me I could stay in my room without a problem, but the alarm continued to sound nonstop. A constant, loud, and unbearable noise. A noise like an ambulance. Until, after pleading for a solution or to be relocated somewhere else so I could work, at 9 p.m., they gave me the option of changing apartments. I've never seen anything like this in my life. They didn't compensate me for my travel or my bad experience, nor did they offer any kind of attention for that experience. On top of all this, I forgot an item in another apartment due to the stress of having to leave that apartment and the constant noise of the building's alarm, and now they're making me pay €80 in shipping costs. Unheard of. I've worked in hotels and in the tourism sector, and I've never in my life resolved an issue with clients in this way, nor have I ever received such treatment. I don't recommend it at all!
