The hotel service is very good, the staff is responsible, the hotel is clean and sanitary, you can overlook the city view from the top floor of the hotel, and you can enjoy the spectacular view of Milan Cathedral at night

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Milan. Good size rooms and the staff were amazing. We had an early flight to go home, leaving the hotel at 3am and they set up a taxi and wake up call and brought coffee to my wife to help us on our way. Unfortunately, we were only there for a night, but will definitely be back

In the central CBD Staff are excellent - very friendly and polished, frankly up there as the best in Europe Roof pool is good but they kick you out aggressively after hours Breakfast a bit weird - a VERY small buffet and the rest Al a carte. Weird Overall a good hotel - however for 850EURO it’s a bit on the punchy side

Very nice, modern hotel in a great location and with a great staff. Near the Galleria, the Duomo and a lot of other Milanese musts. Maybe we were spoiled by a couple of “old school” luxury hotels in Bologna and Sirmione, but I would not put this at quite the same level although it was the highest priced. (And I recognize that top hotels in Milan are very expensive.) Our biggest issues pertained to the room design and technology. (No fault of the staff.) I’m no troglodyte but had a lot of issues with the AC and lighting controls. And the lack of meaningful storage space was an issue, despite the room having the biggest bed we’ve ever seen. (On the other hand, the shower was great.) It felt like the room designer was trying too hard. I’d still recommend Casa Brera but look for the best price you can get there. Overall a 4 1/2 star experience.

This was a last minute booking for me as the previous hotel I had booked at ended up having to close briefly during my stay. But all turned out for the best! The location is perfect - close to everything while still being quiet. You can tell it is all very new! And the team working there were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning!

Our Casa Brera experience was a wonderful. We will never forget our time there. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, well decorated, very charming with wonderful restaurants and lounge areas. The pool on top of the hotel was the icing on the cake! The most enjoyable part of the hotel experience was the staff. We were treated with the most top of the line service. Everyone was so helpful and treated us with such respect. Pure class! We will be going back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Brera Hotel! From the time we arrived and check in, all the staff were welcoming and courteous. They acknowledged us all the time and greeted us with our names. As a Platinum member, they upgraded to a very nice Junior suitte and we also had balloons and cake since we’re celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. Special mention to Matteo and Herman who checked us in and they were wonderful! Did I mention that the cranberry welcome drink is a good touch too. Paula and Tatiana at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful as well! The food was great and of course, the service. We also met their General Mgr, Nicolo who personally apologized due to the fire alarm the night before we checked out, but everything was good. Lia, Ivan and Simon were also very helpful. Overall, we had an awesome stay at this hotel. Their customer service skills are top notch which is very important in the hospitality business! Thank you to all the staff at Casa Brera Hotel most especially the ones I mentioned. You made our stay so memorable! Keep up the great work!
