We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Brera Hotel! From the time we arrived and check in, all the staff were welcoming and courteous. They acknowledged us all the time and greeted us with our names. As a Platinum member, they upgraded to a very nice Junior suitte and we also had balloons and cake since we’re celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. Special mention to Matteo and Herman who checked us in and they were wonderful! Did I mention that the cranberry welcome drink is a good touch too. Paula and Tatiana at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful as well! The food was great and of course, the service. We also met their General Mgr, Nicolo who personally apologized due to the fire alarm the night before we checked out, but everything was good. Lia, Ivan and Simon were also very helpful. Overall, we had an awesome stay at this hotel. Their customer service skills are top notch which is very important in the hospitality business! Thank you to all the staff at Casa Brera Hotel most especially the ones I mentioned. You made our stay so memorable! Keep up the great work!
