Hotel that is just starting out. Still under construction. Staff needs to be consistent in their reply. One staff said the water is complimentary. Another said it is chargeable.
Hotel staff also left the bag of toilet paper in the room.

It was not bad at all although few things to be improved. Since it’s a new hotel, some stuff are still in process to be fixed such as lighting. Staff were very friendly.

Great location and easy to find. Very handy for Centrale station and close enough to Metro lines. Room comfortable and shower great.

About 15 minutes walk to Milano Centrale but plenty of trams and buses that will take you there and to Duomo. Rooms were clean but walls are thin so can be quite noisy sometimes

The room was so dusty, not sure if it has been cleaned properly or not, and some equipment were not working properly.

A brand new hotel which might have opened a bit too early. Has lots of potential to be great though. Located 10-15 minute walk from Milano Centrale. Check in was quick and easy and our room was a good size, the bathroom was also spacious. We think that we might have been the first guests to stay that room as the hot water took a long time to come through the plumbing but it was fine afterwards. A few little tweaks and it will be a good hotel.

Shower discharge in certain rooms near entrance is bad. Breakfast can be better. No kettles in rooms
