The building is clean and has all the kitchen utensils, and it's nice that there's a dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a coffee machine, and the towels and blankets are clean.
The location is a 7-10 minute walk to the subway station, and a 15-20 minute walk to Milano Centrale Station. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the tram. The location is not very good, but it's still good. I was worried after reading the reviews about the hot water, but... the hot water comes out and doesn't come out. This needs improvement.
It's nice to eat on the balcony, and the supermarket is close by, so it was nice.
I received the code by email the day before, so I checked in comfortably.
