Nightmare stay 1. The hotel is located above two subways. It starts rumbling from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., like an earthquake. I can’t sleep. 2. Most of the staff are not well trained, have no sense of service, have bad attitudes and are amateurs, and very few can 3. The hotel charges are close to those of the Four Seasons Hotel, but there are no supporting facilities. There is no hotel gate for parking on the first floor, so you have to take off your luggage by yourself. There is no reception hall on the first floor, it is just an aisle. You have to go to the top of the 5th floor to check in. There is only a small sofa. Apart from this, there are no supporting facilities. You have to spend money to sit in the restaurant and bar. The gym is in an old space in the guest room on the third floor. 4. The bed sheets in the hotel room smelled like hospital disinfectant, and my eyes were inflamed the next day after using the towels.
