Don't book this hotel. I didn't want to review it, but they are so disgusting. I even wrote a disgusting email to this B&B. 1. This is not a serviced apartment at all but a B&B. When I arrived at the address of the hotel I booked, they said they couldn’t get through the phone number or the wrong one. The front desk of the residential building contacted the people at this B&B, and a group of Middle Easterners came to pick me up. With my skin color, I was very worried. The last order showed No. 4 on a certain street, but the actual check-in was No. 16 on another street. 2. I have never seen a hotel with a reference address. Their staff told you that the check-in address is not the hotel address, which is ridiculous. 3. The pillows were so dirty that I had to cover them myself because they were all yellow. 4. Are the pictures displayed on Ctrip the same as the pictures of check-in? See for yourself 5. There is a railway track and tram downstairs and the sound is so loud that it is impossible to stay in the room. 6. There are no curtains, so it doesn’t even count as a B&B. 7. The phone number is also wrong. If you are interested, you can check Ctrip and compare the phone number in the room. Can't get through at all. 8. They always catch me giving birth to an extra child, so why do they try to stop me from paying taxes? Isn't the sofa bed just for sleeping? Didn’t I order an extra sofa just because the hotel couldn’t accommodate twin beds? Is there anything?

Beschwerde über die Handhabung unserer Buchung wir möchten Ihnen unsere Enttäuschung und unser Unverständnis über die Behandlung unserer Buchung mitteilen. Aufgrund eines Streiks in Italien war es uns unmöglich, unsere geplante Reise nach Mailand anzutreten. Sämtliche Zugverbindungen waren komplett ausgefallen, und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit, unsere Anreise zu organisieren. Wir haben Sie umgehend informiert und gehofft, auf Verständnis und eine faire Lösung Ihrerseits zu stoßen. Doch leider war das Gegenteil der Fall. Sie haben nicht nur die Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrags abgelehnt, sondern auch keine alternative Lösung, wie beispielsweise eine Umbuchung auf ein anderes Datum, angeboten. Stattdessen wurde uns ein unzureichender Betrag von 160 CHF vorgeschlagen, der in keiner Weise die Situation oder unsere Verluste berücksichtigt. Zudem wollten Sie für eine neue Buchung sogar weitere Kosten erheben – ein Verhalten, das für uns völlig inakzeptabel ist. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war äußerst enttäuschend. Ein Entgegenkommen oder gar Verständnis für unsere Lage war nicht zu erkennen. Schon bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme hatten wir ein schlechtes Gefühl, welches sich durch Ihre Handhabung dieser Situation nur bestätigt hat. Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass wir auf so wenig Kulanz und Serviceorientierung gestoßen sind, und möchten andere Gäste eindringlich davor warnen, ähnliche Erfahrungen zu machen. Ein Hotel, das auf Kundenservice so wenig Wert legt und sich derart unflexibel verhält, können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
