DO NOT BOOK HERE Most staff are useless and extremely unhelpful, with the exception of one guy who we only saw once spa was out of order which we were not told about before arrival Room finishes were shabby Staff wear normal clothes (no uniform or anything that says they work there) so you have to keep guessing To add to that, it seems staff stay in the hotel, and actually make you feel unwelcome/uncomfortable or like you're intruding on them when they are using the terrace for example, which is a shame because the terrace was lovely Nobody on the front desk, nobody answering calls or replying to calls We were let in by another guest as there was no staff around when we arrived Honestly the worst experience I've had as a guest at a hotel The room next door, were very loud and left a bag of rubbish outside there room, which wasnt collected for hours, which left the hall smelling awful There is other small things that I wouldn't always expect but when there is no staff around to contact, they should ensure their guests don't need anything else For example, we had a coffee machine but no coffee, kettle but no tea, corkscrew but no wine glasses, etc I could go on Ultimately, if I could give a worse review I would, and I will be forwarding my complaint to hr
