Extremely unclear instructions for check in and check out. The towels and bedsheets are dirty and there was a dead bee on the floor.

Booked to stay here with my 2 daughters very spacious and clean towels where available and the kitchen was equipped for everything needed only downside was no oven gloves/tea towels and I noticed that the plug in the kitchen didn't work and every now and then the cooker would trip the electrics
The worst part was getting hold off reception I rang about 7 times emailed and rang the bell to try and check out this morning and couldn't get an answer to find out how I check out and what to do with the keys

It's said to have two beds but in reality there is only one bed, which is not suitable for four people to sleep in. One of the beds is a sofa, which can be used for sleeping but has no bedding or anything.

Terrible service, the hotel never contacted me to check in, they didn't even send me an email, I had to go to Milan to the hotel and wait 2 hours outside in the heat.
They had no reception service, they hadn't told me the floor or the room number even though I had made the payment.

This is not a hotel. I don’t even know what it is. Nobody answer the bell. I got in because someone opened the gate. Someone told me to ring another bell to get the keys. Water heater was not working, everyone had to take a cold shower. We lost power and heat after we removed the key from the door. No instructions that you are not supposed to do that. No one to call for help. A complete disaster!
