Okay, let me start with the one good thing — the location is solid. Super convenient. But honestly, everything else? Big thumbs down. From the second I checked in, it was giving bad vibes. The receptionist was rude, and it just went downhill from there. The rooms? So dark. Like, even when the sun was out, it felt like a cave in there. The noise level was insane! I could hear stomping from the room above, nonstop honking, and full-on convos happening outside like they were in the room with me. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. They seriously need a new housekeeping supervisor or something. There was literally a ball of hair on the sink counter, the toilet seat had nasty yellow stains, the mirror was covered in water spots, and the shower? Mold in every corner. Like… has anyone ever cleaned that bathroom??? Absolutely not worth it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Beautiful hotel very badly organized The rooms and facility are beautiful but very sloppily managed. Just some examples: waiter at the table looks at other guests essence listening to me, gives me in my hand two open menus, the table is set while we are seated, starting with the tablecloth, wine ( very good) poured in the same type of glass in which water is poured, wake up at 6 :20 on Sunday morning because upstairs they move chairs ( I think to do cleaning) I wait a while and at 7 I try to call the reception but the phone in the room does not work. I go down to reception, they apologize, offer a discount on their own initiative but at check out the discount is not applied

Extremely delusional experience, almost a crazy story where personnel rudeness transforms a coffee into a drama (today 5pm CET, Feb 3rd) As a premise, I am not a Cipriani member, but happened to me many times to stay at Cipriani with member friends. You have to know, that in Milan there is Cafe at the ground floor, normally more free, if not always free, to public (“door selection”) I entered as always, and the receptionist was absent. Waited for 10 min, always absent. Therefore, I asked for a table for 2 to the waiters. I got served very professionally some water as we ordered cafes; the place was completely empty. Before the coffees arrived, a blond lady (probably the receptionist that had been sleeping somewhere for 30 min) headed to our table asking in a very rude tone for our membership, we gently said we did not have but we asked the waiters and they allowed us in; besides, we had already ordered. Despite the order, and the place still empty, she forced us to leave in a way behind any form of decency. She kicked us out with rude tones, and by us meaning also some influential Arab friend, literally out of the room. I had dinners scheduled in Venice and London, that I will of course cancel; besides, will work my best to make sure that any person that asks how Cipriani is gets served a funny piece of this story. And the story is going to spread quickly. I understand and respect Cipriani is a private member club, but if you are not present at the reception, they allow us in, affluent client already order in an empty place, etc. it’s reasonable to treat them at least with respect and let them finish what they ordered, even because I was myself considering becoming a member. Cipriani really needs to train staff on how to respect customers if they care about having a few people on their green velvet sofas

I have never set foot in this hotel, but the problem is that its guests park their bulky and expensive cars, with the tacit consent of the owners, on the cycle lane just in front of the hotel, with supreme contempt for the rules of civil life. Shame on you! Vergognatevi!

Recently enjoyed an exquisite stay at Casa Cipriani Milano. This hotel is pure luxury, and one that should not be missed when visiting Milan. From its beautiful interior design to its classic Italian charm, everything about this location was magical. The staff was the epitome of grace and professionalism, and they catered to my every need flawlessly. This was truly an enjoyable, vacation and I am looking for my forward to my next opportunity to return. Avi

Casa Cipriani is a new private club in Milan. The atmosphere is gentrified and extremely friendly. Fabulous food served by lovely staff who really want you to be happy. I love going to my oasis in Milan. Enough of filling online reservations, follow up calls and bustling crowds. Join a nice club and return to civilisation.

This hotel has incredible service. I was on a diet during my stay and asked the hotel to provide meals cooked to my needs. They were perfectly done. The concierge Sean was flawless and created amazing experiences for us. The room was beautiful - I loved their hair dryer so much, I purchased one. The only issue that I ran into is that casa cipriani was the fact that they don’t allow kids in their club. So, at night if we wanted to have dinner on premises it presented its own set of issues. That was a mistake on my end. If I ever return to Milano with my husband, I am staying here :)

I recently attended a business lunch. Perfect choice for the occasion. The location is fantastic, every detail speaks of elegance. The service is attentive, precise, impeccable. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of Milan. In all this context, perhaps the high notes of the cymbals are missing. Masterfully executed, impeccable in flavours, I admit, but thanks to the environment, I had higher expectations.
