Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa - Lhw

The classic-style hotel is elegant and the rooms are not very comfortable, but they are quite comfortable. In particular, the choice of bed linen is better than that of a hotel of the same class! If you stay at this hotel, you must not miss the garden breakfast!

This hotel, build around 1860, has 2 distinctive features : 1) ideal location for visiting Milan walking ; 2) they resisted the trend of most 5 stars hotels to replace antique furniture, rugs and decor with made to order modernized glitzy and sometimes kitsch look, in a process they call “modernization”. The hotel has an atmosphere of classic elegance with all the modern amenities we expect. We had a Junior suite of generous size with a balcony, large marble bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub, antique furniture and rug, ample clothes storing and many electrical sockets. Very good bed and linens, excellent AC, although Internet had some connection problems with IPhone. Breakfast is served buffet style. Two good restaurants offer very good meals and staff is very kind. For anybody that values classic quality decoration and old world elegance this is the place. I used to stay at Principe di Savoia Hotel. They “modernized” it. It is sadly not the same, although it is very glitzy.

Central Station Area
Hotel is considerably big. Clean and comfortable room. Location was about 5 mins to the Milan station. Check-in was fast but was given a double room instead of twin as per our request. Requested for a room change but needed to wait about 10 mins and was given a lower floor room instead. An all-in-one hair and body wash was attached to the bathroom and basin which was a little difficult to press to use. Preferred hair and shower to be separated and conditioner to be provided. Overall a good stay.

The location of the hotel is first-class. Just a few minutes away is the Luxury Street. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Milan Cathedral. The hotel is small but very exquisite. For breakfast, you need to order from the menu. When ordering, you need to ask clearly what are the extra charges. They have some meals that are extra charges. They will not tell you when you order. They will tell you about the extra charges when you check out. Settlement required.

We tested two types of room The classic room very nice I forgot to take pictures but very pleasant. Then the next day we decided to stay an extra night and this time we got a suite with a jacuzzi in a large bathtub, very nice, A bottle of wine on arrival was waiting for us in each of the rooms. the breakfast is very pleasant in the glass roof, at the very top, with a pretty terrace. You can choose what you want for breakfast (see photo) it's very varied with very good breads. The staff is very pleasant. He speaks very good English very good French and maybe other languages. The situation is just exceptional next to the cathedral and the great shopping mall, magnificent and La Scala. The universe. On the other hand, it is very design and may seem cold but it is very clean. Very well maintained is brand new. So perfect for we highly recommend.

A very cost-effective hotel, unexpectedly good. The design of the hotel is very good, the color combination is very comfortable, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The location is very good. Turn left when you go out and you will find Piazza del Duomo in Milan. You can walk to the Luxury Plaza in 10-15 minutes. There is a restaurant just outside the hotel downstairs. Come to Milan and book it.
