Had a room with a balcony. A nice view from room on upper floor Staff are in general polite. Even 🏨 is not in downtown Milano, guests can utilize public transports to move around. ( - )Lack of commodities in the 🚽.

A few mins 🚶 to metro line 5 . There is shopping mall within the walking distance from the 🏨. Housekeepers are helpful and the front staff are friendly

We had a great stay in the Eco Hotel Milano. I had a single room. It has everything that one person needs. It's great that everything in the hotel i ecological. We had a great breakfast. Itt was a great offer with really good food at the breakfast. Everything was clean. The people who worked there were all very nice. To the Milano Duomo there are 10 minutes by metro and it was very easy to find the metro station.

We stayed here for a week as a family of 5 in the family room. There was a double bed, single bed and a bunk bed plus bathroom. The room was nice and beds comfy, perhaps a week was a bit long for us all to be in one room that wasn’t massive but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. There was a fridge in the room which had water and beer in which had a charge. Breakfast was included in the price was was great value for money, there was a good selection of pastries, eggs, sausages, toast, potatoes and fresh fruit. The kids loved the food. We also ate dinner in the restaurant three times and apart from one dish that wasn’t great the rest was lovely food especially the pasta and the wine was nice as well. There was a kids menu which they liked but we didn’t realize this until the second visit. There was also a lobby area and a bar area and outdoor courtyard. The hotel is quite far from the centre of Milan, it wasn’t walkable. There were a couple of buses nearby that went to the metro and then you could get that into town. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the metro but this gets quite booked up so make sure to book in advance. We found the metro quite easy to use and the buses as well. Kids under 14 travel for free. You can use a single ticket for 90 minutes which is good. We explored a lot of Milan and we had lovely weather which helped. There is a park nearby and some shops including a Lidl. Many restaurants in the centre, some are quite expensive in the touristy areas. The main park in the centre is really nice with kids play area. We went up the Duomo di Milan, we went to see Inter Milan match and we caught the train to Lake Como which was stunning. I would also recommend the canals which was a lovely area with some nice restaurants. Milan was a lovely, cultural trip to do with kids, I totally recommend Neo Hotel but I think 5 days would be enough time.

The hotel is well situated for access to the centre of Milan. The nearest Metro station is just 10 minutes walk away. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean, our room was very clean and was serviced and new towels provided daily. The bed was very comfortable. However, the hotel is dated and looks tired. The bar is large, empty and lacks atmosphere. The only food served at the hotel (other than breakfast) is mostly frozen. Breakfasts are OK but by 9am, quite depleted and we had to ask for certain items to be replenished. Staff are friendly but seem to be indifferent to the challenges. The exception was the bar staff (Chritiano), who was extremely helpful and provided good advice on where to eat etc. From our experience of other hotels we have stayed in, we are surprised at the 4 star rating. My advice would be to use the hotel as a base but stay in town for all social activities.

I stayed in this hotel for almost two weeks in March and April 2023. I was satisfied in every way. The reception staff are all very experienced, helpful and kind. Special thanks to the Mr. Stefano and Mr. Simon and the all other colleagues. The breakfast was also very good. The hospitality of the ladies in the breakfast section was excellent. I had a long stay and the hotel staff treated me in such a way that I didn't feel like I was away from home. My room was big and very clean. The ladies who were in charge of cleaning the room were experienced in their work. All in all, I had a very good experience of staying there and I also strongly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is somewhat off-centre (away from the business districts of Milano), but within broader city centre with reasonable public transport (~20 mins tramway including wait at the stop) and ~10 mins by taxi. Lively city area for non-business travellers (tourists) with choice of restaurants and more public transport links to areas of interest. The cleanliness is rather good, I only scored it less (2/5) because of the interior in bad need of renovation. The design is 1970-s/1980-s and the age since last decoration is probably not much fresher. This gives it the appearance of a run-down place, although they make good effort to keep it clean. The choice of darker brow-nish colours, combined with the installation of (very) very economic light bulbs, makes the room feel too dark and thus - less pleasant to stay in. For a business traveller it is impossible to read anything outside the spot of the reading lamp. It is also impossible to shave in the dark-ish bathroom, except for people who know their face well enough to shave with their eyes closed. The extra lamp above the mirror did not work, it was a bare little bulb (apparently in need of replacement) and the lampshade gone. Further need for maintenance in the bathroom was the sink - with the waste plug not opening to empty the sink, and the latter filling to the safety hole near the top, even form just a brief handwash.. The breakfast area has capacity for a busy crowd in the rush hour of all tourists taking a late breakfast, but the staff struggle to serve everyone fast enough. Some supplies were not replenished (e.g. bread, the fruit juices, milk for coffees) and later nobody ever came to the table to ask if we need something (perhaps they are not meant to serve tables, just clean them and replenish supplies?) The reception area was much brighter lit than the rooms, had modern automatic glass doors, and overall felt newer and better. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Based on the overall experience, approx. 4/5 is a reasonable score, but by the hotel categorisation criteria I think 4 stars is too much and 3-star would describe it more accurately. They should remember that satisfaction is always biased by expectations - from the higher expectations of '4 stars' there would be more dissatisfied guests (like yours truly) than if you honestly promise a decent 3-star experience (then I'd have scored everything 5/5). This wouldn't impact revenues as, from what I know form MIlano hotels, the price was very competitive and would fit a 3-star property. Would I recommend it? To tourists - yes; to business travellers - only as a backup in case of fully-booked Milano like duringthe trade fair or Fashion Week ;)

I was so happy that the hotel is located 300m away from the metro station that has elevator and escalator access. I was carrying a luggage that is 40kg over and I’m happy that the metro it’s not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs upon checking was very nice and I decided to extend 1 more day and the staff was happy to assist me on that. My room was at level 6 which is great because I prefer staying at high floor (level 7 was the highest). When I inspect the room upon checking-in, it was very clean althought they only provide soap, shampoo, towels & toilet rolls. No toothbrush etc. which I don’t mind at all because I brought my own. The housekeeping was great although some only speak Italian and don’t understand English but they did their job in cleaning my room every single day, just like how I entered it on the first day. They did change the towels to fresh towels and make my bed. Overall, I will stay again at this hotel whenever I’m in Milan.

Επέλεξα να μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τον Νοέμβριο του '22. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, με καθαρά κλινοσκεπάσματα, υπέροχο στρώμα, καλό φωτισμό και με ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Ωστόσο, η μία λάμπα στο δωμάτιο ήταν καμένη ενώ το mini bar για 4* ξενοδοχείο, άδειο! Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο σε επιλογές, σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον με καθαρά σερβίτσια. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου φιλικό, πρόθυμο να απαντήσει σε κάθε ερώτηση, ωστόσο, όταν ζήτησα πληροφορίες για μεταφορά προς το αεροδρόμιο, η μοναδική επιλογή (τους) ήταν ”ταξί” που κατέληξε σε συνεργαζόμενο γραφείο - ενώ σε ερώτηση ενημέρωσης δρομολογίων των λεωφορείων (μιας κι η πτήση ήταν πρωινή ώρα), η απάντηση τους ήταν ”δεν γνωρίζουμε, πρέπει να ενημερωθείτε απ' την εκάστοτε εταιρεία”, κάτι φυσικά που με απογοήτευσε, διότι περίμενα καλύτερη και πληρέστερη ενημέρωση απ' το Guest Relation. Όσον αφορά τη τοποθεσία, βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά μακριά (με τα πόδια) απ' το μετρό και μέσα σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο του Μιλάνο.

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
